This is a nice, clean, and we'll stocked store with super friendly staff members. It's the closest thing to a grocery in downtown. I wish this had been downtown when I still lived there. Definitely fills a major community need in that area. Keep up the good work guys!

The address location is deceiving. It is actually located on the even side of the street between 250 and 260. The sign on the outside is DGX...but this is a Dollar General, just a slightly different version of it. From the outside it looks small, but very big on the inside. Great selection of merchandise, well stocked and very clean store. The employees are wonderful, cheerful, and helpful. My congratulations to the store managers and all that work here at this location :)))

A very welcome addition to Downtown Rochester, And of course there's homeless people you snobs... its downtown. We're lucky to have a store that sells fruits and veggies downtown.

Has quite a bit for its size, has produce and is reasonable. Fills an important void downtown.

Great layout with a great selection of items. Super convenient for those who live inside the building.

This store is clean but the shelves never stock and they have boxes sitting in the aisle and every employee be outside chilling instead of in the store and when you come in to shop then the employee wants to come in the store and walk behind you acting like they shopping to watch you I don't like that about that store if you got time to walk behind me watching me if I am going to steal you got time to stick your shelves and do some work in the store i Don't shop there anymore poor service

It's not a major supermarket but for a quick in and out it had everything I needed .

Love this store & the convenience of it being right downtown plus cleanliness. HOWEVER it has been closing early the past couple days including today with no notices or anything. So cross your fingers & maybe prepare yourself to go further down the street to Family Dollar. You can't even get through to its direct phone line 😒

Several times I've walked up and found this location closed in the middle of the day due to a lack of workers. The store itself is totally fine, decent stock, always clean. But apparently the pay and benefits are too bad for people to bother coming to work here. If management wants this store to stay open, they're going to have to treat their employees better.

It just gets worse. Melted cases of ice cream sit out on the floors and are put in sales freezers later on creating a serious health threat selling refrozen ice cream that sat at room temp for days. The store entrance has been locked every time I go and i hear employees and managers just lock doors to get high in back room. The store floors are never mopped and the prices are higher at this location than others in Rochester. The staff are extremely rude towards the public. -updated. Rude rude horrible

Says they are open until 10pm. 8:55pm doors locked as employee walks away towards the back of the store.

The last time I went in there the security guard demanded i leave my backpack in a pile of junk at the front of the store. He never looked at me, even when i asked where to leave my bag. Today, despite google saying they were open, i found a locked door and a sign that said they'd be back in an hour, with no reference to when the sign was posted. It's terrible that one of the only options for fresh food downtown is so inconsistent.

I needed laundry detergent, and the doors were locked at 6:30. They had a sign on the door saying that they would be open at 5:30 which means they were closed doe. For longer than 1 hour.

This location is constantly out of product and I can't rely on any one item that they normally carry being in stock. I can't even count on basics like bread or milk being in stock. Less than six months in operation and their produce cooler is already broken, so no produce either. I can't even count on the store having grocery bags at the checkout! This store is either seriously mismanaged, or they need to rethink and adjust how their supply chain operates.
