Great lumber yard. Great service both in Sales and in the Yard. Sales people help you getting you what you need and even offer some advice. Which can be helpful for any DIY-ers out there. The yardguys are just as great too. They guide you where to go and load the material up.
All in all, it’s a very welcoming and great place.

Since Jones Hardware closed, I’ve made a few attempts to stay local, however, the service here is always condescending. I still try and stay local, but rather pay Costello Ace prices than be talked down to. No excuses for rudeness. 2 for lumber department, only.

Some good employees, but the owner has an attitude. If you don't like being in the customer service field don't be. Constant attitude. The hours posted are not right either.

Horrible owners. Take advantage of their young workers, paying less than minimum wage and even not paying for hours worked. Reporting them to state and federal

Frank (owner) doesn’t return phone calls after countless attempts. Contractors, avoid at all costs!!!!! Go elsewhere and save your time.

Guy behind the counter was unbelievably rude to us. Every question we asked was answered with snarky sarcasm. He also couldn't answer basic questions or he just didn't want to. Contacted the company about it afterwards, got no response.
