Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry

My daughter loves this place great atmosphere and awesome staff. I was explained things that no one had told me before about pediatric care. Will definitely recommend this place of business.

I was absolutely impressed by how clean and welcoming this pediatric dental office is. Parking was easy and it is on the second floor. The moment you walk in you are greeted politely and the front desk staff check you in right away. The waiting area has not only a gaming room for kids it also has a playhouse for the little ones to enjoy. Once they call you back in to their clinical area all the exam rooms doors are open giving it a spacious feel. The exam room we waited in before seeing the dentist we spoke with the assistant. The assistant was very informative and professional. While I waited to see the pediatric dentist I was amazed how new and clean all the medical equipment was I include a photo as an example . Once we met the dentist she was very kind and informative. After our first consultation I am looking forward to bringing my little one again next year.

This is the best children’s dentist that I have ever seen. Very calm and understanding. My son is only 3 years old. And I hope he will get better at seeing the dentist here. She and her staff was the best. I as a mom was so nervous to take him but it was great and not to bad. He just as a normal toddler was scared and fighting it.

I cannot speak highly enough about the best pediatric dental office in the area. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately puts both parents and children at ease. The staff is attentive and caring, and the dentist is exceptional with kids, making each visit a positive and stress-free experience. The office is clean and inviting, with a fun and playful decor that kids love. I am so grateful to have found such a fantastic pediatric dental office for my children's care and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best in the area.

This was my first time at Grear Beginnings. My child is very nervous about going to the dentist. We walked into the office and the wow factor alone. The kids instantly are at ease due to the amazing activity filled waiting room. The staff is by far the kindest staff I have ever encountered in a dental office. The rooms are so clean with entertainment to keep your child's nerves at bay. The staff we had kept me and my child informed every step of the way. The wait time was lengthy to get in however I am so happy I waited. Great Beginnings is worth the wait.

Our family loves this place! The staff is always so cheerful and nice. The place is gorgeous with toys everywhere (even in rooms) for kids while they wait. My daughter is great at the dentist and I truly believe it's because of how they operate here. Thank you Dr. Laura!

All I can say is WOW 🤩 We are so impressed with this Dental Office! My son didn’t even want to leave! Dr. Laura,, Emily and Brandy are so nice and caring! Thank you for making this such a great experience for my little guy.

My son had his first appointment yesterday and I was so impressed with the staff. My son has terrible anxiety about anyone touching his mouth but they were so caring and explained everything to him before they did it. They addressed all of my concerns as well. The office environment is very calming and super kid friendly. Would recommend to anyone! We will definitely be returning for years (and kids) to come.

I was soooo impressed with Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry! The whole place is absolutely adorable and very welcoming to children. I wish they had a place like this for adults! Haha. Their staff was amazing and kind! It was my daughters first appointment and she felt so comfortable. She is excited to go back!

For context my daughter just turned one. Everyone here was so helpful and kind. My daughter absolutely loved the dental hygienist brandy. And Dr Laura couldn’t have been any better, she’s a very sweet lady. The atmosphere was positive and happy and also extremely clean. All around a great first dentist experience. I would recommend this office 100000 times over. Even the ladies behind the desk were so helpful. Ashley at the front desk was more than happy to help me in any way she could. Amazing customer service. So many nice ladies. Bring your kids here !

We always receive wonderful care! All three of my children love going to the dentist. This office creates a fun and exciting environment! Very clean and organized . We highly recommend great beginnings.

We took our 5 y.o. and 18 month old to Great Beginnings after having difficulty with our 5 y.o. being afraid of dentists. They are great with children! When you enter the front door to the office, you are greeted with a fish tank that puts your child's mind at ease. The staff was wonderful, Maddie and Dr. Laura are awesome with children! My 5 year old was a little bit difficult, but they worked with her, and knew just what to do to get through the visit, without making her hate/fear the dentist chair. I can't say enough positive things about this place. If you have the ability, I highly recommend taking your children here, you will not regret it!!!

This is a beautiful office for children. They have put so much effort in making it comfortable for kids. Their waiting rooms has a fish tank, a play house with toys, arcade games, and a TV. Each room is color-coded, and the walls and chairs all match. There also is a TV is on the ceiling for them to watch while they get their teeth cleaned. The staff there is wonderful and kind, and they even accommodate kids under 2. I would highly recommend making this the dentist for your child.

You can´t imagine how grateful I am to have discovered Great Beginnings Pediatric Dentistry. My sister urgently asked me to take my niece to the dentist. I was very nervous because I didn't know if I would be able to handle my niece. As soon as we arrived, they welcomed me wonderfully. My niece was happy in the place, and Dr. Laura is a sunshine. The place is very clean, the attention is excellent, specially adapted for children, and they make everything seem easy. I can recommend it with complete confidence. Thank!!

Dr. Laura knows her stuff!! And she has the biggest heart! She truly cares about each little one (and their worried mammas!). I love every interaction with her and I am hoping my son stays little forever because she is the best pediatric dentist I've ever known!

The atmosphere is very bright, colorful, and inviting, and every person on staff we've dealt with--from receptionists to hygienists you Dr. Laura herself--are always friendly.

And best of all, they actually take our insurance--a real rarity for any dentist these days!

Dr Laura is an outstanding professional woman who works hard to balance her career with her own family. She totally cares for each and every dental patient. She is a wonderful role model for young women who aspire to embrace a medical/dentistry career path. This community is fortunate to have her, her husband and their children as an active family who have embraced and appreciate Northern New York living.

We have been coming to Great Beginnings for just under a year now. We have had nothing but an amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and friendly especially since my kiddo is not an easy one. I appreciate them treating him with such kindness. The office is immaculately clean and beautiful. I'm very thankful for Dr. Ybarra and her team. They are amazing women and an asset to the community.
