I have been seeing Dr. Virga for several years and have been extremely happy with the care I have received at this practice. Back in December, I began Invisalign treatment with Dr. Guerra and have been extremely pleased with my experiences at this practice overall. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Girardi did a fantastic job doing my root canal. In no time flat he solved the problem of all the pain I was going through in under 50 minutes! The staff were wonderful in getting me in sooner than the date anticipated since I was losing sleep due to the pain. I am very grateful for his masterful work and get this after the root canal there was little to no soreness after. It was truly amazing and worth going to this dental office. I would recommend Dr. Girardi to anyone!

I just had a cleaning with Mary she is the best!! Very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend coming to this office for any dental work. Dr. Girardi is profession and does a great job always.

My previous dental experience was nothing short of a nightmare (read the Jefferson Dental review). I had incredible anxiety because of this previous experience, but Watertown Dental Health has everything you would want in ANY Healthcare provider. My anxiety dissipated almost immediately after spending time with LaraLee and Dr. Virga. They heard my concerns; now, this shouldn't even be something to note, but I'm learning of late that it is. They listened to my concerns. They didn't gaslight me or make me feel crazy. They listened, assessed, and fixed a problem while being empathetic and compassionate enough to keep me informed every single step of the way. Also, something that I never thought I'd have to note; my crown replacements were pain-free. (Again, I definitely recommend reading my Jefferson Dental review to, at the very least, avoid it!) I will be exclusively going to this establishment for as long as I reside close enough to do so.

I am impressed with Watertown Dental Health Group every single time I am in the office. I needed a great deal of dental work at one time that other offices were going to charge $8,000+ for in addition to removing one of my teeth. Doctor Virga saved my tooth and completed the rest of the work I needed at a much lower cost and much less invasively than other offices recommended. Plus the crowns I needed were crafted right in the office so the number of appointments I needed were cut in half. I and my three children have a lot of sensory issues that typically make the dentist a terrible experience but Dr. Virga and his staff are ALWAYS wildly compassionate, plus the combination of Dr. Virga's obvious competency, confidence, and friendly demeanor is so reassuring that it makes even multiple root canals a positive experience.

Another amazing aspect of this practice is the adherence to office policies. I adore the fact that when I go there, I know I will be seen on time and I won't be sitting in an exam chair for an hour waiting for the dentist to stroll in to take that quick peek after a cleaning. Appointments always begin promptly and the flow of every appointment is efficient with none of the long pauses in care I had come to expect with dentists. Scheduling is an easy process and reminders with opportunities to confirm are always sent out in multiple (phone, text, email) ways and multiple intervals leading up to an appointment so it is super easy to stay on top of upcoming appointments!

I just wanted to shout out our hygienist,Emma. I think that was her name. She was so gentle and kind. By far the most gentle hygienist we have seen and made our experience a great one.

Great staff and service thanks for everything you do. From the time I arrived to the time I left the staff was very well organized! The staff and dentist took care of all my needs. Thanks for the excellent care. I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends!

Both of my children had an appointment at Watertown Dental Health Group with in the week. My daughter was in for ortho and my son was in for hygiene. They were both overly excited to see their favorites, Dr. Guerra, and Maiah for braces and Mary for a cleaning. I can’t say enough kind words about these women. Always treating them professionally as well as a friend. They always ending their appointments with a hug or a high five and leave with a smile on their faces asking when they are scheduled to go back. As a mom, it makes me SO happy my children are well taken care of and I can trust Watertown Dental Health Group! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great visit with my hygienist, Mary! Very thorough cleaning, discussed ways of practicing better oral hygiene at home, and pleasant conversation… just like visiting a dear friend!

Many visits to the office. Staff is great!!! Super clean and comfortable office. Professional and compassionate care for their patients. Big thank you to Dr. Girardi and Liana for taking very good care of me!

Update: I had 3 of my wisdom teeth pulled here yesterday. I already had one pulled last year not by Watertown Dental. Let me tell you that was the best experience I’ve ever had. The doctors were absolutely amazing and extremely nice and calm. One of the last things I remember before the procedure was the doctor telling the dental assistants exactly which teeth were being worked on and what the procedure was as a confirmation to have everyone on the same page. I have some discomfort today but that’s to be expected. By 9 AM one of the girls checked in to see if there was anything abnormal. I let them know there was a little bleeding on my left side. She did her due diligence and asked some more relevant questions to make sure it was something that wasn’t out of the normal. She made sure that I knew if anything changed or if I had any questions I could just call. This is a wonderful place and I am so glad I found it.

I’ve been here once for a consult, future appointments are scheduled. I felt comfortable with them. That says a lot because I am petrified of dentists and have been since I was young (as are a lot of other people). They’re welcoming but professional and they’d explain anything I asked about. I’ve been to many places where I feel like they’re telling me some things need to be done because it’s more money for them. I didn’t feel that way here. It is a bit slower paced, or at-least it was when I had my appointment. It was nice because it gave me time to ask questions and get comfortable in the office. Overall this was a good experience for someone who has tried to avoid dentists as if the were the plague. I’m not going to lie and say I can’t wait to go back, my fear of dentists is still very much there. But! Seeing as it’s one thing that’s necessary I am looking forward to future visits with this office and I feel confident that I am in good hands

Very pleased with the work done in this office. I had the best experience I’ve ever had in any dentist office in my 24 years of life with Dr. Verga and his hygienists. They fixed an issue I’ve been having for years that my previous dentists ignored/didn’t catch. They are very thorough and so very friendly and accommodating. 10/10, highly recommend.

I can not rave more about Mary! She was so incredibly patient and kind with my daughter, made the experience fun and enjoyable with an energetic toddler for 2 hours! I had my appointment first and my daughter was right after me in the same room, very convenient!
Dr. Varga was professional and great with myself and my 3 year old. I’m actually terrified of dentists due to a bad experience as a child. He was gentle and quick on my teeth. The office is very clean and well decorated! I would recommend maybe a tiny corner for small kids. Overall, very friendly staff and I highly recommend!

Love this place! Very thorough, professional, friendly, and give you the best service all around. Went for a checkup/ Doctor exam and they were very detailed in telling me what they'd do each step of the way, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer! I had different things going on and they addressed each one or listened to my questions on them, which made it so much easier than trying to keep track of my concerns and forgetting one of them. Even the cleaning I had done was exceptional! I definitely felt in good hands; this place is sure the best dental place for adults that I've ever been to! I wish I had gone to them years ago and had better experiences than the last two places I went to that just cared about the basics or gave me incorrect advice on my teeth. When you had an awesome dentist years ago but they moved away, it's frustrating. Looking forward to having my teeth taken care of properly again or even better in my next visits! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and was really dreading what was coming at my first appointment with Watertown Dental Health Group. I saw Dr. Virga, and he was so kind and reassuring even though I need to get multiple fillings done over the next few months. I've already been back for my cleaning, which was very thorough and an overall pleasant experience (I saw Stephanie)! The office was clean, organized, and the equipment all seemed up to date. I almost went to a chain dentist instead--I'm so glad I didn't!

Both of my children had dental appointments with Dr. Girardi this morning. One had to have a tooth extracted for her braces and one had a tiny little spot on his tooth fixed, so they needed to “get a shot”. My daughter was more nervous than my son, but both went in and were troopers! They listened to everything Dr. Girardi told them to do, he was calm and gentle with them. Before they knew it, it was over. That being said, besides they’re cleanings or orthodontic appointments, they both know no one is there to “hurt” them, but there to help them keep a healthy smile!

I have been coming to this dental office for 25+ years. It has always and still is the best dental care in Watertown for me. The last two times Kathryn Pulley has cleaned my teeth and i have been blown away with how gentle her technique is. If you have issues getting your teeth cleaned ask for Katie. She is wonderful, a real asset to the practice. Thank you Katie.
