As per usual, a great experience with cleaning by Dory. A sad departure for me today as I realize this was my last time having the services of Dory as she has decided to retire. What a great career and expertise she has provided over the years. She will be dearly missed but I wish her the very best as she begins this new part of her life. Thank you, Dory!

Went to them after horrible experience with aspen dental. This office is amazing staff are friendly and caring the dentist is amazing great at talking and showing what needs to be done and why also shows how much he cares about his patients highly recommend this dental office

I have had a very nice experience the 2 appointments that I have had. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant, and helpful. The medical staff, and Doctor Korwek are very competent, and friendly. Very pleased.

From the reception desk to the chair, everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. My favorite Dental Team for my son and myself! Immaculately clean and modern equipment.

Best place to go for your everyday Family Dental, Staff is always polite, greet you by name, new modern facility. Had my semi-annual today was in and out no time at all. PLUS they work with our VA to ensure the BEST CARE locally!

I've never experienced such friendly and competent medical and administrative staff. Everyone is so approchable with questions, the hygenists are good at what they do, and Dr. Korwek gets the job done and does it well. I've never had an issue with anything or anyone here. Office is clean. Appointments times are never switched up on you by surprise unlike other places.

Compared to other places, and especially Jefferson Dental, which is located right behind Korwek Family Dental, there is a night and day difference.

Great dentist and Dory provides me the most thorough cleanings I've had! My teeth are getting the best possible care. Helpful and cheerful staff too.

I just had my first visit yesterday and was very impressed. The office is beautiful. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Sue was amazing. She really took a lot of time with me and showed me a lot. She proved to me that she really cares about the patients. Doctor Korwek was very nice as always! I would recommend this dental office to anyone. And that means a lot coming from me because I generally do not like the dentist.

Dr. Korwek has been my dentist for several years now and has always done a wonderful job. I just had my first visit at his new office and it is truly impressive. It's very welcoming and makes you feel like you're in a state of the art facility. The receptionists are extremely friendly and always helpful. And I cannot speak highly enough of Sue, one of the hygienists. She really takes her time, is extremely thorough, gives great feedback and has always done a fantastic job! I've never left any other dentist office with my teeth feeling cleaner. I would highly recommend Dr. Korwek and his staff to anyone looking for a exceptional dental care in the area.

I was a patient here for three years while stationed at Fort Drum. During the entire time that I was a patient, I never encountered a staff member who was rude or even apathetic about her job. Every single staff member was perfectly courteous and went above and beyond to be helpful. I liked this place so much that I brought my 7-year-old son, and they were excellent with him as well. Most importantly, from what I can tell, Dr. Korwek is an excellent dentist and our teeth are now in perfect health.

One note of caution: this place is serious about punctuality and does not tolerate no-shows. I once listened to Dr. Korwek scold a neighboring patient (who happened to be an elderly woman) about missing appointments and after that I vowed never to miss a single one. If you give them your email address, they will email you multiple times before your next appointment to make sure you do not forget. Then they will also call you to “confirm” that you are really serious. If you are the type of person who considers it acceptable to show up within five minutes of your appointment time, or if you are a parent: be aware that they will actually call you two minutes(!) after your appointment time to check up on you if you are not standing at the front desk yet.

That said, wait times are reliably minimal and this is no doubt a result of their strict policies. The office is clean and pleasant; I love the large plants and waterfall decor. Dental offices can be stressful places to visit, but this office will put you at ease — as long as you’re on time!

I have been so happy for years with Dr. Korwek. The staff and dental hygienist are the best. I appreciate all they have done for me. I don't hesitate to call with any dental problems I have. They are kind and gentle with any procedure I have ever had. And I love the new office.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a smiling receptionist, who was super friendly. My first appointment with Dr. Korwek consisted of a cleaning and x-rays. The dental hygienist, Dori, was incredibly friendly and held interesting conversation. She made me feel comfortable by being considerate of my gum sensitivity and offered tips on how I can keep my mouth cleaner (without sounding condescending). The dentist was very straight up and I could tell he has been in the field for a long time. I think it would be easy to take his personality the wrong way, but give him a chance and don't misconstrue his honesty for experience. Overall, I was extremely impressed. I left the office feeling confident and wishing I had been seeing a dentist like this my whole life.

Dr. Korwek has been our family dentist for almost 14 years. His new office is beautiful and truly "state of the art". The receptionists are so friendly and welcoming creating a very relaxed, yet professional, atmosphere. The hygienists are experienced and the VERY BEST! Our hygienist, Dory, recently handled my husband's diabetic crisis (while in her chair) calmly and skillfully. Thank you Dr. Korwek for assembling this wonderful staff in such a modern facility!
