Watertown Pediatric Dentistry

I brought my 4 and 2 year olds here this morning for the first time and it was such a refreshing experience. The waiting room was very clean and I appreciated that there weren’t any communal toys. The environment was pleasant and inviting for my children. The train tracks suspended from the ceiling with the automatic train was a nice touch!
The dentist was excellent with the kids, friendly, playful and patient but kept her assessment moving right along. I left feeling so grateful we have joined this practice.

Always such a positive experience here! Cute train decor and very clean, all the hygienists are very kind, flexible and great with my young kids (2 and 5 when we started), and very efficient service. My kids love coming to the dentist, with the train circling overhead, well-selected movies playing during their cleaning, and the token and prizes when they’re finished. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Amazing experience! The staff is so friendly & so good with little kids. They had my 2 year old sit on my lap while they sang to him & got his cleaning done, they even had a tv to keep them distracted. I love that you can schedule online and fill out all the paperwork electronically before even getting to the office, so convenient. I will definitely be taking all my kids here!

We had our daughter’s first dentist appointment today and they were all amazing. Our hygienist sang wheels on the bus and she loved it. Dr Chelsea highly recommended we get her lip tie clipped without pressuring us into a decision at all. We decided to have that done today as well and it went great. They were all so friendly and accommodating, we can’t wait to go back!

We have used them for 2 years and have absolutely loved everything about them and are very sad to be moving in a few months. They’re very nice and quick to respond to after hours emergency questions when my daughter had a lip tie procedure with them. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this dentist office. It’s very fast service & on time appointments never waiting long to be seen. The staff are all friendly & efficient at their job. I love how patient & interactive they are with my daughter to make the cleaning seem fun. They also get rewarded a prize after each visit! We would recommend to anyone for the children.

The facility was extremely structured and clean. The atmosphere was inviting and there was minimal wait time. I checked in through my phone and scheduled my daughter’s next appt in the exam room before leaving, which I appreciated. From the time Sam (dental hygienist) came in, she was incredibly engaged, personable and made my daughter feel comfortable and welcomed. She made her laugh and complimented her as well. Dr. Chelsea was just as sweet, warm and funny and allowed my daughter to play “dentist” with her stuffed animal she brought. My daughter left saying “I love the dentist, mommy! I want to play dentist at home.” Can’t recommend this office enough!

Amazing! The hygienist and dentist were wonderful! They are so patient and caring! You can tell they love their job and working with kiddos all day! They did a great job explaining everything and took their time with both of my girls - have used them for 3 years and love them!

If you’re looking for an outstanding office, stop your search, you’ve found it. Watertown Pediatric Dentistry is exactly the place every parent is looking for in a dentist. When you walk in you are greeted with a beautiful and clean office. There is a super cool train going around the whole perimeter of the office that my kids couldn’t get enough of and a room on the side of the lobby for the kids to play in while you wait. Even the bathroom is equipped with a small toilet and sink for the littles, a total bonus for us!

The entire staff was so absolutely friendly and kind. We have been to about 5 pediatric dentist in 3 different states and our hygienist Jill was simply exceptional. Her entire approach, the way she explained everything to my nervous 3 year old, made our visit easy and actually enjoyable! Jill is so patient, kind, gentle and caring. She is absolutely meant to work with kids. This visit was my daughters first time getting x-rays done and Jill comforted her the whole way through it. I mean truly, this office is so lucky to have her as part of their staff. She was also absolutely fantastic with my 10 month old who was certainly more wiggly but this proved to be no obstacle for Jill or her patience. Needless to say, we will be requesting Jill for all future appointments!

Sarah was also extremely kind and caring when it came to my 10 month old getting a frenectomy. She explained everything in a simple to understand manner and took great care of my son. Because of both Jill and Sarah, I didn’t have any second thoughts when it came time to hand my son over for the quick procedure. And that’s coming from a mother who trust her children with very, very few people.
The dentist Dr Andrew was also very sweet and came in cracking jokes. He was very complimentary of my children and their teeth and seems to be very kind and respectful to his staff which is always wonderful to see.

Overall, this office is absolutely fantastic. They made everything easy and fun and we are actually looking forward to our next visit with them!

The staff was so kind and my child really enjoyed the visit. The facility was clean and even had some fun things for the kids to interact with. We would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for one.

Unbeknownst to me, my own childhood dental experience dramatically skewed my expectations. My son (3yo) and daughter (1 1/2yo) are both patients here, and I’ll be perfectly honest, I still nearly cry at how well they do and how happy they are. They both LOVE the trains, and the songs the hygienists sing to them while they work. I simply never knew how UNtraumatic dental care could be for children. The whole staff is just wonderful. We love you, 100% customers for life!

Hands down one of the best dentist we've been too. They were very patient with my son who has sensory processing disorder. Asked him before they did anything made sure he was fine the whole time. His favorite part is the floor pad game, he said it helped him not be so nervous. He also loved watching the train chug along the office. I would recommend them to anyone with kiddos!

This was our first visit and we LOVED it. My kids are normally a little apprehensive about going to dentist and here the staff was so amazing that my kids were having fun. They left smiling and telling me how much they actually liked it. My three year old especially loved the train that goes around the office, it was a great way to take his mind off of being nervous. The staff was personable and patient. Definitely recommend them!

My kids have been seen at Watertown Pediatric Dentistry from their very first dentist visit. The staff is always kind, helpful, and willing to answer any questions we have about our boys dental health. The friendly, interactive space (games, staff, prizes, and the train) has made every visit something to look forward to not only for our littles, but for us as parents who take oral hygiene very seriously! Would absolutely recommend!

My kids loved it here! One has past trauma and fear caused by a pervious dental care provider, but he loved it here!! They were very patient and understanding to not only my kids but to me as well. Definitely the best 👌 👍 😍

Took my son for his first appointment after being recommended by a friend. He loved the train, and while he cried for his cleaning it was quick and the dentist and hygienist were so friendly. I love that it's a positive environment so he will want to come back.
