I started working with Apryl as she handles my property in Watertown since 2015. She has taken the time to handle and review all aspects of the building. She handles tenants nicely and is a no nonsense kind of person. She treats my building as if it’s her own!! Looking forward to many years together!

We love it

I rented a place at 609 Clay street October of 2017. When we moved in all seemed well, within a week our fridge went out, wasting all of our food that we had just purchased. It took then a couple of days to replace it, and then there was complains of a possible gas leak in the building. Code enforcement case in and inspected the building, finding that it was at fault for several violations. They gave the realtors and landlord days to fix the hot water heater and gas lines in the house. They only put in carbon monoxide detectors and fire alarms. When code enforcement came back in, they decided to condemn the building until further notice. We lost our place 2 days after Christmas in 2017. Left my significant other, my 3 year old, our two dogs and I with no where to go. Awful company , awful people.
