I woke up with extreme tooth pain and knew I needed a dentist fast. I did not have a dentist so I called around to several places that could not get me in for several weeks, then I called Dr. Tinelli's office who was able to get me right in and referred me to an oral surgeon the next day! Awesome job, and thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to see a first time patient. I was met by a kind courteous staff, clean office and friendly faces. I will definitely be going back. Outstanding job!

Relieved to find a good place to go to. Lost my first dentist to the divorce (she went there 1st). The second one was terrible. This one is great. Even helped me with the VA.

Can't say enough good things about this place. I've been going for a few years now and they've always been wonderful. I'm in and out in 25 minutes for a filling or a cleaning. I've never been a fan of the dentist and always had anxiety about going, even if it was just for a cleaning! Dr. Tinelli and his staff are all lovely and make me feel calm, even let me use my headphones while getting a filling done.

I really don't like going to the dentist, and have always dreaded appointments. But Dr. Tinelli and all of his wonderful staff make the experience as good as it can be. I have had the worse luck with previous dentist, and I have finally found the right dentist and the best! Everyone there is so friendly, compassionate and goes out of their way to make the visit stress free. I will always have anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Tinelli's practice is by far the best.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was. I’m terrified of the dentist. Always have been. The dr and all his staff were kind and very knowledgeable and did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. I waited over 15 years to replace my fake front teeth because of my fears. They matched my other teeth perfectly! I’m so happy. But most important the dentist, dr tinelli was fabulous. So great. Thank you and thank you to all his staff for everything!

There is not enough good to say about this office! My mother (Madeline S.) who normally hates the dentist loves the entire staff. She is always commenting on how wonderful the receptionist, Julie, is. They do great work on her teeth from a root canal to bridges. She has never had any negative issues and she is so appreciative of how caring they are. They always make sure she is comfortable and doing well after any visit. Thank you all for making sure she is happy and taken great care of! She is not an easy person to please, so I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

I have only been living in the Watertown/Fort Drum area for 2 years. Reluctant to go to the dentist, but knew it would be time for a cleaning. I searched dentists in the area and relied on google reviews, like most things. I was impressed with this office. Friendly staff, friendly dentist, and did not force me to re-schedule or to schedule further work right away. They referred me to another doctor to look at getting my wisdom teeth taken, and gave me the information I needed to double check my insurance coverage for further dentistry work. I only waited 5 minutes upon arrival (mostly because I was a new patient and had information to fill out). My appointment was at 10:40 and was out the door at 11:50. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and after I call my insurance company, I will schedule for my more involved work at this office again. If you too are not one who likes the dentist, I would highly recommend this office.

I had an unfortunate incident with my former dentist and decided to look for a new one. My neighbor told me about Dr.Tinelli, so I made an appointment. I was greeted by a very friendly staff, a dentist that really seemed to know what he was doing, and the office is very neat and clean. Dr.Tinelli had to fix some work that a former dentist had done. I'm very pleased with this office!

Thorough, friendly and professional. I went in for a cleaning and Stephanie and Dr Tinelli were courteous, professional and were able to answer all of my questions. Receptionist was a pleasure to talk to. Fantastic job, I'm coming back for fillings next month

I normal shy away from anything dental but definitely recommend Dr. Tinelli and his staff, their all very nice and professional and if I ever have to get more work done I hope I come back to Dr. Tinelli.

Friendly staff with a welcoming environment. Any questions or concerns were answered. Went in for a routine cleaning but was pleasantly surprised to have a thorough examination and any needed referrals!

Dr. Tinelli and staff are the best, they make going to the dentist a comfortable experience.

In 2009, I got one root canal and two crowns on my lower left. A month ago, I went to another dentists office to get two extractions on those teeth and bone grafts so that I can get implants. The day prior, while at work, one of the teeth broke off at the gumline... crown, tooth and all while I was eating lunch. The other was shattered beyond repair under the crown and also needed to come out. Dr William tinelli in watertown ny did the original dental work that was faulty due to too high of a bite on crowns and cost me a lot out of pocket, not to mention tooth loss, which can never be fixed. No crowns should only last 8 years! I emailed him on the day that I went to the dentists office a month ago at the email listed on his website... but he never responded. No apology, not even the slightest acknowledgement. Think twice before visiting this chop shop.

I did not state that I just saw a dentist after 8 years. I stated that upon my most recent visit, my crowns from 8 years ago had to be extracted due to negligence. IE a bite that was way too high. As you yourself stated, there is no good reason for this to have happened... and frankly, i am appalled at your excuses and refusal to address my email. I see my dentist twice a year, for exams and cleanings. There was no decay at all. I am more than willing to give you my dentists contact information so that you can confirm all of this. She said that she would be more than willing to share my information with you with my consent. Feel free to respond to my email that you still haven't yet responded to. I will be awaiting your email response or phone call.

Dr. Tinelli performed a root canal and injected the filler 1/4 inches past the top the tooth. This cause a severe abscess and my face had swollen up quickly. The pain was severe. Dr. Tinelli denied all accountability. DO NOT GET A ROOT CANAL FROM HIM!!

I have been to this dentist before multiple times when I was a child and had no bad experience but when I called today just to see if they took my insurance still. The receptionist Julie was very short and rude with me, every question I asked was responded to in a rude annoyed tone. This is the fist time I’ve made my own dentist appointment as an adult and I don’t appreciate being responded to in such a rude manner by someone who’s supposed to help answer my simple questions.

They made dentures for me. Never fit right went back they said couldn't do anything about it.
