I am a lineman for the power company from Philadelphia and I was just recently in the area for work. I had to go into the ER on 1/10/24 for abdominal pain which ended up being Appendicitis. I got there at 1130am and walked out at 6pm with no appendix. Every single member of the staff I dealt with was kind and helpful and answered all my questions. Half the lights in the hospital were out from issues with the power and still these people didn’t skip a beat. From the triage nurse, to the ER nurse, the nurse practitioner, the admin guy that took my insurance, the two guys who did my CT scan, the anesthesiologist and her assistant, the nurses who prepped me for surgery, the entire surgical team that welcomed me into the OR with open arms and smiles, the two OR nurses who were so kind and gentle, Dr. Bryden who did the surgery and answered all my questions, and finally the two nurses in recovery who were so patient and kind as I came off the anesthesia and they got me toast and water and staid with me until my boss picked me up. Keep in mind most of these people had to be called in for my surgery! They probably didn’t have power at home and drove through crazy conditions to get there, how incredible! An 11/10 experience. If I could put more stars I would. Please show this to all the people who helped me and were working that day! Thank you Samaritan Medical Center

I just spent 24hrs in the Pediatric care at SMC with my 3yr old Autistic granddaughter. When I tell you the care and the special care that was given to her was exceptional 100% the whole time. The nurses the doctors the food service everything. Thank you.

I saw a physicians assistant today by the name of Sajak and he was fantastic! I was having symptoms that were difficult to explain to someone else. However, he listened, did a thorough exam and did not dismiss my concern, and actually made a follow up appointment for six months to check in on me.

Today, as well as any other appointment that I've had, went amazing as usual! I was checked in on time, was taken back and the appointment with Dr. Weir went by smoothly! Dr. Weir and ALL the office staff were very polite and extremely informative! I walked out of the appointment with more information and felt more at ease with the upcoming treatments that I'll be having then I had before I walked in! The Watertown ENT Group is a wonderful and amazing place to be, when having any health problems and concerns in the ears, nose and throat area!!

Easily 5 Stars! Dr. Gordon and his staff are amazing! My 5 year old grandson is also a patient of Dr. Gordon and I am so thankful for the way Dr Gordon takes his time to compassionately explain all the details of the visit in a clearly understandable way. I literally feel more equipped and wiser to manage my health after a visit with him. I’d like to give Dr. Gordon all the credit but, to be honest, I do say a prayer before each of my visits so- the Glory goes to God! But, I am sincerely thankful Jesus has blessed me, my family and our community with Dr. Gordon and his staff!

Upon arrival I thought to myself, "No wonder this place has a 2.2 star rating". My initial contact with registration was very unpleasant. After waiting an hour to go through the booth to be registered we went back to the table for registration and the lady was much nicer this time. She pushed us through and as soon as we got back to sit for Radiology we were called back. Bill walked us through the process, apologized for the wait and offered to take my youngest son so I could be with my oldest through his testing. The entire radiology and hospital staff were warm and friendly. Every person said hello to us. I understand that the hospital staff have all been overwhelmed but despite everything going on they all continue to be pleasant. I would give them a 10/10 if I was able on their level of patient care alone. Thank you all for being wonderful. It truly is appreciated!

I had severe pain on my right side,i was taken right in,the nurses were very good with me,i had a kidney stone

The maternity ward crew was absolutely the best. Reviews are very important and I choose Samaritan over Carthage because of the reviews. I called Samaritan Maternity Ward after my water broke at around 3am-4am and was told to come in at 6am.
I had my first child 1/31/2022 via c-section, because the baby was sideways in my stomach.
I was honestly really scared and a bit out of it so I apologize for not remembering everyone’s name but the crew really did a wonderful job!

Thank you Dr. Cain! & I believe a midwife was assisting you (with surgery) and to help close me up those stitches were impeccable! Thank you to the anesthesiologist he kept me perfectly numb I didn’t feel a thing (I made faces because I was visualizing the surgery LOL) and also helped me find a way to keep my eye contacts after I was crying. Thank you to the nurses that were actually there for me by getting me tissues and helped with the baby. Thank you to the nurses that helped me after surgery they were very kind and literally helped me use the restroom to take the catheter out. Thank you to the lactation specialist Nikki (I did end up using formula with the baby but occasionally I do breast feed). When I was discharged a nurse helped me by getting things ready for the baby. And thank you to the doctor that helped me discharge and prescribed my medications.

I will always remember all of you. May God bless you all and impact your lives in positive ways!

I'm very pleased with my visit today at the Samaritan ENT visit. Dr. Gordon was very nice and listened intently to what I had to say & explained things so I could understand. The office is very nicely done.

Had an appointment with the radiology team today, and I must say, they were the best team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They were calm and patient and took their time to really explain everything needed in order for the procedure to go smoothly. I was super anxious to go to Samaritan for this procedure, given it’s recent issues and history (usually have HORRENDOUS experiences with the ER), but these guys really do take their job seriously if you let them and wow did they do absolutely flawless today. The wait is definitely longer than usual, but their staff is warm, welcoming, and friendly so long as you treat them right as well. Thank you so much to the radiology department, you all are incredible!!

Great experience with the ENT group! Reception was prompt and efficient. Barbara was an excellent nurse. Very friendly! Dr. Gordon was great. Explained everything clearly. I would recommend their services!

My daughter was taken to the ER in April 2021. She was taken back, had x-rays done, and then got her chin glued (she gashed it open in two spots). In all it took about 5 hours total. While the process was a bit long, she received the care she needed and everyone was polite. She wasn’t scared and handled it extremely well thanks to the nurses + doctors.

Delivered our baby at this hospital. The nurses were amazing and the midwife fantastic. They heard and addressed every concern I had and I felt safe and in good hands. They explained clearly all procedures to be done for me and for baby. I never felt confused or left in the dark. The rooms were spotless and brand new. Definitely felt pampered. Would and will reccomend!! And plan to have future babies here.

Staff cordial, as is Dr Gordon...The doctor is easy to talk with, he listens .
attentively; He's gentle with nasal / throat procedure, informative, and reassuring..He 's compassionate as well. I would highly recommend this Dr.(Gordon). Out of a #ten he's a # ten🙂

So, I had surgery today. The surgical team is awesome! They were very caring and really made my experience less stressful and I thank them for that. Everyone I dealt with seemed like they like their job and I appreciate that. Also Dr. Humes was great and actually listened to me and is very thorough. Thanks again!

Always a pleasure to go to my appointment at ENT group. Very little waiting from the time I enter until the time I leave. Tom Zajac is an excellent practitioner. Friendly, thorough and never rushed. A gentle hand when he has instruments in my ear!

We love the staff at Samaritan NICU! Kind and caring and went above and beyond for our son during his stay. Their doctor, Dr komar is by far the best we had to deal with, we had to go to 3 different nicus during our ordeal. Such a great environment and supportive staff members. The administration at the hospital was amazing to us, any issues we had were taken care of quickly. We are forever thankful to them

I recently was treated at Samaritan and I can't speak with enough praise for the treatment I received. Everyone was absolutely wonderful! I received exceptional care from everyone I came in contact with, from the moment I walked through the front door of the ER, to the time I left the next day.
