I had an hour massage and an hour facial. The massage is amazing. They gave me the right pressure. And the facial was very relaxing. The overall service is very nice and very professional. The bathroom is cleaned and organized. I was so relaxed after.

Got a couples massage for me and my partner for our anniversary. It was their first professional massage and absolutely the best place and experience for that. Everyone made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. The massage was to die for and we were so transported away that when we left we forgot we were in NYC. Also a great thing to mention as that the robes we wore were plus size friendly which is not a common experience! Super welcoming and caring staff and owners I'd highly recommend this place!!

My friend and I traveled to NYC for a quick girls weekend and came here for a mini spa day. I’ve been to quite a few spas and this one is by far the best. The staff are extremely attentive and they space the appointments out to minimize overlap in the common areas with other guests. We had the fall/winter package which includes a body treatment and massage and it was amazing. We left making plans to return in the summer for another spa day. If you have any doubts on whether to book, just do it. You will not be disappointed.

My wife gifted me with a 90 min stone massage for the holidays in 2021...lol!. I literally just had a few days before certificate expired (I insanely work too much🤦🏽‍♀). Let me just say Nuansa Spa was pure pleasantry from the moment I walked through the door. The environment was very clean and Zen, the service was truly exceptional and I walked out feeling like a brand new person. The icing on the cake was their house ginger tea. OMG! Soooo good! Definitely a must have!! I will definitely be back for a massage and will also try their facial.

A little hidden but very worthy! I had a prenatal massage with this amazing lady from Thailand ! I simply loved everything about this place. Super clean rooms and the bathroom super organized with all you need and more ! Definitely coming back !

Amazing top notch spa. Everyone is super professional, sweet and eager to give you a relaxing experience. I had the urban escape package which included massage, scalp massage with hair mask, body exfoliating and a facial. The massage was one of the top 2 massages I’ve had. And the facial by far the most relaxing as she also provided foot reflexology which was out of this world. The spa manager is incredibly kind and makes sure you had a good experience. The pictures do not do the location justice as it’s much more beautiful in person.

The couples massage began with an adorable pair of slippers & private bathroom with a fresh bathrobe.

Chilled champagne, chocolates & dried fruits beautifully placed. We laughed while sipping our bubbly & chose oils - for me, wood oil was perfect & my boyfriend chose fire.

A full body massage for 60 minutes -- I had no reason to tell my therapist to change her pressure; except to mention athletic injuries, which she worked on with precision.

Waterfall showers are my favorite way to rinse in the world -- Nuansa's shower is the size of a villa. I swear the water felt better than any other water in the world, seriously... it might be magical.

This spa truly delivers a boutique experience. Being on time allows for maximum relaxation -- I recommend wearing comfy clothes for afterwards but if you need to go back into NYC chaos, she has a great selection of cosmetics.

Amazing. I’ve been to spas around the world and none compared to the service we experienced here. My girlfriend and I were greeted by our first names at the entrance and swiftly provided with what may have been the most comfortable slide ons. I was then given a spacious and clean changing room and offered the world’s greatest ginger tea. The couple’s massage was perfect and the experience as a whole was 13/13!! Will definitely go again and recommend to any who ask.
