We walked into Williams-Sonoma with no intention to buy anything however, within seconds of entering, Renee K. Came over and asked if we needed any help. As it happened we had been shopping for new dishes and Renee was incredibly helpful. By the time we left the store, we applied and received a Williams-Sonoma credit card ( Capital One) which will provide us with free shipping on our new dishes as well as all kinds of additional perks. We also bought a delicious container of their famous Peppermint Bark!

Went into one of my favorite stores Williams-Sonoma for Thanksgiving holiday preparation. Saw the table setup and bought a few items after seeing the table. Also bought a cookie sheet and bundt pan too. I was helped by Dawn and her help was greatly appreciated because I am on crutches.

Great staff, especially Renee! She was able to help me find what I was looking for and very kindly helped me to cancel an order I mistakenly placed at another location. Thank you Renee!

I love going in here, even on the occasion when I don’t buy anything. Just such a wonderful space with super helpful staff. Love this Williams Sonoma.

I really love this place. My family and I have shopped here for decades, everything we need from beautiful dishware, pots & pans, silverware cutlery, cutting boards to chandeliers, also great bedding department with some furniture upstairs. Always excellent quality. I bought a WMF can opener here years ago that has lasted more than over 15 years also upgrading our espresso maker with a beautiful Saeco Gran Baristo Avanti with bluetooth settings. I will always shop here for household items that we need for our Manhattan apartment. Money is no object when it comes to this place. Also not to mention the staff is very nice and professional.

Kristin M. went above and beyond to find what I was looking for! I tried to order online but some things I needed right away were on backorder for 2 months. She helped me locate them in other stores and followed up with me. I was so surprised at the level of service received along with her co-worker Austin. Thank you Kristin and Austin! :)

A bit pricey but there are a lot of stuff here. I enjoy visiting here every single day.

I love cooking myself. People work here are really helpful with picking things for me.

Throughout my time with this specific WS, I have never been dissaspointed with their variety of products and their superb customer service. One great example was when I visited on the 19th. I came into the store looking for rub, and one enthusiastic employee immediately came to my rescue, Ann (…Anne?)(…An?). I went looking for Roast Chicken Rub, and I got it in 2 minutes! After that she accompanied me throughout the store, popping into and out of existence to help me and others, then even gave me her own recomendations (thank you for the Pecan Pumpkin Butter).

I love this location because they have the absolute best customer experience. Very kind and helpful staff. :)

I placed an order through Williams Sonoma and I believe it mistakenly sent to the Columbus Circle location in NYC for pickup (I live in NJ) so I called them up and a woman named Joe helped me have a hassle free experience figuring out the situation. She really took the time to hear out my concerns and in a few minutes I was on my way! Customer service was amazing! Thank you so much!

Great gift giving store for people you know moving or love home stuff. I always come here to get my mom and sisters presents. It's a little pricy, but the products are worth spending the extra money. Neat, organized, great employees, and relaxing.

This store does look and feel upscale, even from the outside, but the prices are not as intimidating or prohibitive as one might expect. And they do have some specialty items that I have trouble finding online or at those large home improvement chains. It's not my usual go-to, but everytime I swing by, there's good finds to be had.

Swetal is a knowledgeable, no pressure,sweetheart of a salesperson (which is just what you want when you're trying to pull everything together).

We had a fantastic shopping experience at William-Sonoma the day after New Years. We had a gift card from our wedding several years ago, and we went in not expecting much in the way of attention or service in Midtown Manhattan in the middle of COVID. But even tho we were just looking for a simple toaster, something certainly at the lower cost end of the luxory kitchenware they sell, we received the absolute BEST customer service we've had in ages! Renee greeted my husband Carlos the minute we walked in, and gave us first class, above-and-beyond assistance from that point until we had completed our purchase (which probably took us 30 minutes to make a decision) and said goodbye. I can't say whether Renee is emblematic of the standard of service at this location, or if we were just very lucky to get her, but thank you Renee, for giving us a wonderful start to the New Year!
