This very busy store is well managed. You can understand why after spending a little time there. The Manager of the store Randy, not only goes out of his way to please his customers, but also carries that same spirit to energize and engage his team. I had a difficult situation where he was very helpful. Keep up the good work!

the new staff is better now that I come to this store I feel a more postive energy today a sale clerk name Cathy took the time to help my mother find things that were at a lower price and my mother struggles wit English she was patient and took the time to help her while she was on her lunch break only thing I didn't appreciate is that she was trying to help me opt into something wit beauty products and her manager or someone who was dressed different then her said close out of that you see the line like how rude is that all I had to do was put my email in she apologized for her co worker basically I'm into makeup so I was all in !! great customer service I give a 5 for how patient she is ! Need more staff like her I hated the old staff

I went to the store on a weekend, and needed to receive money from WU so I could fill my prescription. There was a problem with the kiosk, and by the time I finally received my money, the pharmacy had just closed. I have muscular dystrophy, and it was extremely important that I get this medication. I just about cried when I saw the pharmacist had just left. The manager of the store, Kion, got on the phone with the pharmacist and explained the situation. The pharmacist actually TURNED HIS CAR AROUND and came back to the store!!! I will never forget how kind and compassionate they were to me, and can't imagine going anywhere else. Five stars, only because there aren't ten!

Not sure what the poor reviews are on about. Went at 5:00 am and the service was excellent. The Place is also massive and has pretty much anything you can think of.

I live above it. The late night staff are my favorite. Smile once you get inside. Leave your attitude outside!!!

Giving this store a 4 not 5 because price tag issues almost everyday a sign says one thing then its something abt it doesnt pop up in the system stopped over here on my break at 5 been going here for years!!! I always had experiences with workers rolling they eyes and on the phone while they are ringing me up !I hated coming here staff was the worst now it improved I like goin here now that this store has a new cashier I believe her name is cathy or catie I believe I think she is new but yu never know ! She may be night shift and im just meeting her she smiles everytime I walk in at first I thought she worked in the cosmetic section because her make up always looks nice everytime my mothers comes into this store she comes from behind the register to help her wit all her grocerys and walks her around the store and also helps her wit western union which she did today and she had just walked into the store my mother told me LOVE ITTTT !! Great customer service not only wit us but every customer that comes in she is very friendly and gives out compliments alot !!! Seems genuine
She gets a 5 star not the store !!!
