Kohls will always and forever be my top 10 in places to shop. I love the fact that they always have something for me to buy, not sure if that's a good thing especially with me lol. Soon I hit the Mega millions trust and belive half of it will be spent in this store!!!

I love this store! Always so neat and tidy and when things are on sale they have awesome deals! Plus I love that when I return my Amazon purchases there you get a coupon for 20 or 25% off!! I’m so happy we have this store here in Brewster!

Even though it was only 2 days before Christmas, the checkout process was quick. I was not familiar with the self-checkout there but, with the wonderful help of an Associate, I was able to be done in just minutes!

Love Kohl's quality products, size assortments, and competitive prices. Associates are always willing to help find stuff and fast checkouts.

Pleasure to work with the entire team in every department, kohl’s is a great asset in our Brewster community, having Sephora is such a big wonderful addition, saves so much time running to the mail and adding my favorite entertainers products Haus is Ace 👍🏻 the store has added such great items and you can’t beat the sales !! However, I'm not liking the self checkout. I'll never use the self checkout. It sends the wrong message. Just hire the workforce needed.

Our store here in Brewster, NY is so nice. So easy to shop. They have everything and the Kohls cash!!! Ahhh The employees at Kohls are so kind and kind to each other. Lots of smiles and laughter when you shop

The new system for in-store self pickup of online orders is pretty effective, but be sure to bring your smartphone with the ready-for-pickup email loaded .

KELLY IN THE SHOE DEPARTMENT. SHE SHOULD BE THE HEAD OF ALL KOHL SHOES. I RARELY GO OUT TO SHOP, NOW BEING DISABLED. HOWEVER, MY HUSBAND NEEDED SHOES. 'SHOES' WAS MY FIRST WORD. I LIVED IN NYC MOST OF MY LIFE, AND ONLY SHOPPED IN BOTIQUES IN SOHO, PERFHAPS YOU KNOW THE STORE IF? OF BARNEYS, WHEN THEIR ONLY STORE WAS ON 17th STREET. THE OTHER B'S AS WELL, BENDEL'S & BERGDORF. I'VE ONLY ENCOUNTERED SALESWOMEN (DOES KELLY EVEN GET A % OF SALES) WHO WORKS SO HARD, CATERS TO HER CLIENTS, & IS SO KIND, GENEROUS, AND STILL HAS A KIND WORD & SMILE FOR EVERYONE, EVEN THOUGH SHE'S THE ONLY PERSON IN THE HUGE DEPARTMENT & CAN HANDLE IT ALL HERSELF, YET SHOULDN'T. SHE KNOWS THE PRODUCT, CAN FIND THE HIDDEN, EVERYTHING IS SPOTLESS, AND SHE'S DESERVES THE BIGGEST HOLIDAY BONUS. I H OPE YOU PAY ATTENTION, I'VE BEEN A BUYER, AN ACTUAL BUYER, A DISPLAY PERSON, A STORE DESIGNER, & SHE HAS NO HELP & HER DEPERTMENT WAS BUSY AS COULD BE AND IT DID NOT PHASE HER. EVERYONE WAS HELPED AND WALKED AWAY WITH BOXES. BTW, KELLY WAS CALLED TO LEAVE HER DEPARTMENT AND RUN A REGISTER, SHE CHECKED US OUT ALSO. WHAT MORE WAS SHE SUPPOSED TO DO? I REST MY CASE.

I like going to this Kohl's better than the other ones I go to. They have more variety and brands and It's also in a shopping mall with other great stores.

The staff at the Kohl's store are so helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked.

I had an online pickup. I went to curtesy desk..... who was extremely personable, helpful as to location whete I would find my item. He explained in detail what bin it would be in and how to respond in my app.
Everything went smoothly.
I checked my bag and it was definitely my item.

Although prices have skyrocketed since I was here a couple of years ago, I still like that you can actually sit down when your legs hurt. In my book, that's a big plus. I wish Walmart would bring back seating in their stores.

I requested help in the towels area and was shown exactly the items I was looking for.

I rarely write reviews but tonight a the young man, named Chris, at the counter was gracious, polite, and everything you’d hope for in exemplary customer service. Chris was extremely helpful and I hope his leadership appreciates his assistance as much as the customers he helps. Wonderful experience!
