The Home Depot experience is nice and clean , user friendly and consistent the same store. This Home Depot has very helpful staff, easy to find items, good product availability and incredible plant’s… Pretty!

I was fighting basement flooding and had to get a new sump pump desperately. I'm not a handy person and truthfully only had a vague idea what I needed to do so bought one from home depot, but when I got home I realized my pvc pipe didn't fit on the new pump.. i went back to home depot out of my mind until I found Mr. Tony.. he turned what seemed like a colossal process into a small one by hooking me up with a galvanized pipe nipple which fit perfectly. It sounds silly but Tony sir you saved my bacon amd have no idea how grateful I am. Thank you

I'm an investor in Home Depot for full disclosure. Home Depot is the one stop shop for all the random supplies you need. Houses will always need maintenance. I encourage everyone to invest in Home Depot and buy your tools there. I got a 17 piece bit driver kit for $5.97!

Today I had the best experience at Home Depot! Before I headed to the store, I called and spoke with Justin who confirmed the 12ft skeletons were officially out for sale and to come into the store and go to the service desk and they'd have one waiting for me. When I arrived at the store I went to the service desk and they immediately called Justin who got a skeleton for me. After I paid I needed some help getting the giant box to my car, I also want to add that I had my 1yr old with me too. Both Justin (assistant manager) and the store manager helped get the giant box into my pickup truck. They had me pull the car up to the front of the store and then did all the heavy lifting. I tried to give them a tip and they refused to take it. Today, I was met with such kindness at this store, and it really blew me away. Your customer service went above and beyond! Thanks guys!

Brewster home Depot is the best one around, fishkill is second. Great prices for good building material if you hand pick them and great building supplies

Stopped in to get some aluminum square tube. I usually don't ask for assistance but the app said it was in the paint section.
So I asked a very nice man and woman who helped me find what I needed very quickly. They were extremely polite and helpful. Best home Depot experience I've had

The app makes shipping in the store seamless. Tells you the aisle and bay to find your product in.
Pick up is easy, and returns are hassle free.

You need to use your physical credit card which is bothersome / offers way less security for payment options for customers. I'm not entirely sure a policy like this would be in place. Aside from that, great shopping experience.

One of the store managers, Danny Bardes, absolutely went above and beyond and saved my night last week. This Home Depot deserves your patronage, full stop.

I've been shopping on and off at this Home Depot ever since I moved to Mahopac about five years ago and every time the staff have rendered aid without reservation. Have no worries about shopping at this store!

I was in Home Depot Brewster Ny. I was undecided on what kind of outside lights I should buy. I am also looking for outside tiles for some home projects. At this time I was looking for lighting. Most of the floor employees were engaged in conversation with each other. One store employee was more than happy to help. He was knowledgeable, professional. This was truly a wonderful experience. This employees name is Pat. He is a tremendous asset to Home Depot, Brewster, Ny. I look forward to more projects and Pat’s input. Thank you for Pat. He one of a kind.

James at the paint desk was super helpful despite us needing his help late in the evening. Great help and got the color we needed.

I went to the Brewster home depot to price out cellular shades. Anna helped me out tremendously. She helped with selecting the right shades for each room, ordering a custom shade for a specific window. The shades were a piece of cake to install. 3 weeks later as I was walking through the store, she recognized me and asked how my shades worked out. I was back yesterday ordering more shades for more rooms. Shari helped me out this time. Just as well informed and just as nice. A real shopping pleasure.

Depot stores take forever to find the right bolt or part but the Brewster store is right on the mark.

Honestly, after significant tests, I’ve found that Home Depot is substantially better than Lowe’s in every facet. The buying experience is cleaner, user friendly and consistent. I had to return some tiles I bought in the summer..I was reluctant to but I wanted to give it a try even though they were extremely heavy and didn't use most of it. Some I had to repack painstakingly because the snow and water had damaged the packaging.
To my surprise a nice young lady helped me get my refund. After all I shop a lot with my Home Depot card and take advantage of their no interest promotions. I'm a happy customer.

I called in advance to make sure they carried the specific cleaning product I needed. The woman on the phone told me they ďid and the aisle where I would find it. I drove there, found it quickĺy and was out of store in 10 minutes

This was the first time I've tried curbside pickup. The instructions sent to me from home Depot were clear although it took me a minute to locate the correct parking spaces. I clicked on the button on the note they sent me in my email, filled out the short form to tell them I was here, got out of my car to open up the tailgate and the fellow was already walking out with the order. Great service good execution.

The cleanest and most organized Home Depot in the tri-state area. I spoke to a worker in customer service named Dawn and she was absolutely fantastic!!I drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to this Home Depot.
