Lou and all his co-workers are amazing. My first time in a accident, and I am ok, but my car was totaled. they came with a flat bed, and brought me and my car to the shop. Of course, the accident was on a Friday at 4:30pm. They all waited until my ride came at 6:00.
Lou made the process very easy, and helped me out tremendously! The communication with them was on point. Highly recommend this shop. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

I didn't go there, but I received great service and help from their technician Michael through AAA battery emergency service. He helped us jump start our BMW x45e. Right when he was about to leave, we thought our engine wouldn't start again and spent him 15min more in a rainy day. Even though he had other requests to attend, he nicely helped us to figure out the issue. Turns out the gas engine will stop regardless, if the battery is charged enough (can start with electric). I really appreciate your patience and sorry to bother you for a long time!

This place is awesome Lou is the best go to guy for the work to be done on my car every repair or work done was top notch and they do the best work in town. Awhile back when I was in my first ever car accident Lou gave me a quote to restore my car and it took me a while but the work was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I will and always will highly recommend this place. They have alot of work but they are the best work and top quality.
The reason for the time it takes on certain repairs is quality of parts they always make sure the parts are top notch and that nothing is wrong to make sure that everything is done right. I feel very fortunate that my car was towed to Putnam Collision after the accident I was in. It was my first accident and I didnt know what to expect. I have a tendency to overreact to situations. Always thinking the worst. Lou took over the whole process. He told me things would work out - not to worry. He was so reassuring. I can't begin to express how appreciative I am to Lou. When I went to pick up my car, after Lou's repair, it looked like a new car. It was perfect! Thank you, Lou! You do amazing work...

SUV rear ended us at high speed with our Toyota Camry totaled.
Being from Massachusetts the Putnam Collision tow truck driver generously offered to drive us to a car rental, which we didn't need with in-laws in the area. Very nice fellow.
Lou, the owner, long distance did everything in his power to assist ensuring the protocol we needed to follow directed by our insurance company is being handled seamlessly.

Really impressed with Putnam, highly recommend people using them if ever having the need. You're out on the road out of state in a bad vehicle situation, you want these guys there assisting.

I have used this repair garage numerous times for my elderly RAV4. Lou has always given me perfect service at a reasonable price. This time Lou exceeded all expectations. My car had rusted bolts and parts that were very difficult to remove. The job took much longer than expected (he worked till 4 AM), but he still was able to charge exactly the amount that he had quoted. Lou knew I needed my car for my job the next day and he went way beyond expectations to get the job done. I am very grateful and would recommend Lou any day.

I was involved in a horrible accident and was towed here. I was treated like family as soon as I arrived with the tow truck. I was not expecting such an simple process because I had never been in an accident before but Jason handled everything for me from starting the claim with the insurance company to getting me a rental car which they had there at the shop already!! I was shocked how quick I was on my way in a car from Hertz... I didn't think my car could be fixed but the insurance company and Jason explained everything and how the repairs are done. So after getting it back with apprehension I couldn't believe how great it looked and now after 3 weeks of driving it I must admit I was wrong. My car looks and drives like new again!!!!!! No detail was overlooked right down to the tires being shinny when I picked it up!! I couldn't be happier and I am so glad I was put into the hands of Putnam Collision by someone from above. Thank you again Jason.. for making this difficult experience as pleasurable as it could have been.

Putnam Collision is the best. Lou dies the auto body work which is outstanding. Also the owner Jason is one of the nicest guy I've met. They do body work and routine mechanical work. Highly recommend

The starter went on my car and I was in a bind. I had my car towed to Putnam Collision, first time ever there. I got there at noon and they said it would be done by the morning. 10:30 the next morning the phone rang and it was done. Staff was great and so was the price. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic but I have. Thanks

I recently brought my car into the shop for repair after it had been broken into. The entire staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and fair. They consistently updated me on the status of my car and went out of their way to make sure I got a fair price for parts and labor. They truly made a terrible situation as positive as possible.

I recently got into a car accident and needed to get my car towed. Having AAA, they brought my car to Putnam Collision. Lou, the manager, was extremely helpful in not only answering the questions I had since this is the first time I needed my car to be towed, but made sure to remove any items I forgot to take out such as my EZ-Pass etc.

Fair, no discrimination for being a woman. Lou keeps you posted on what's wrong and how much it will cost, without taking advantage. He prioritized and recommended but didn't force anything.
