Lovely Apple Store it is located close to Juilliard and other attractions. The area is worth checking out.
The store has the latest items and it’s a seamless process to make appointment.

Bryan T was extremely helpful at my apple appointment today. I lost my iphone and was extremely distraught. He helped me find the best strategy for replacement and had a very calming presence the entire session. It is very clear that his is extremely knowledgeable in addition to being a very kind person. Highly recommend his assistance in any apple related matter.

The two greeters ignored us, but greeted others.

We had two great instructors, the help my elder with her Apple products. She LOVED IT! She even returned the following two days for classes and was so grateful she did.

In the evenings after her classes, she stayed on her phone and ipad playing with her new knowledge. She'd owned these items for years, but was never trained on how to use them.

She is no longer afraid to TRY with her phone. She makes herself laugh; just tickled pink, as the saying goes, due to her knew knowledge. She can now help other seniors with their apple products as well as make suggestions for android users.

The help was great. Had to wait for some time, but I actually got what I wanted and got the best help with it from the 1st employee. The employee who finally helped me was able to transfer my data to my new device so I didn't have to do it when I got home (and also informed me I was able to wait to make sure everything was transferred if I wanted he would give me more assistance if it did not go through) which it did 😊.

I love this branch of Apple store a lot. It’s so cool and colorful. I was here today and was really impressed with my shopping visit. The associates where very courteous and ever ready to attend to me. This store is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance for the differently able.

Great customer service and very quick overall experience, I came here to buy an iPhone charger. Like the east side location this store was underground following an interesting spiral mirrored staircase. This location however is smaller and less home electronics on display. Within seconds of walking down the stairs an employee was already showing me options for a charger; I likely was in and out of the store win 3 minutes including the stairs walk.

Visited the apple Genius Bar. The lads were fantastic on helping my MacBook Pro Bluetooth and storage issue. Super friendly and very enthusiastic to the task they were doing. Genius guys were very well presented and well spoken and professional. Very pleased with the service.

Best Apple Store in Manhattan. Excellent and swift services limited waiting time and no tourist. Facility itself is also inline with 5th Ave location in terms of design.

Fast, reliable, and staff are knowledgeable and efficient, cordiality from the moment you enter till you leave. I didn't have to wait much until I got taking care of it. I'm satisfied with my experience at this location!

Staff were super friendly and immediately walked up to me for assistance. I needed to repair my Apple Watch and they didn’t try to sell me anything extra. Guess Apple sells itself.

Went to pick up my iPhone 12 Pro. Seamless experience - 6ft distanced line outside, friendly & knowledgeable staff, and overall a well-managed place. Go with an appointment so you don’t have to wait too long outside. Other security(?) guards inside the store make sure you keep certain distance with the staff helping you out so it was a relief. It was my first visit at this location but it is definitely not as crowded as the other places like upper east/across Plaza Hotel or the one in Soho. Highly recommend this location!

The lady who was with us for quite a long time, had the patience of an angel. She had a great attitude and a genuine desire to please. I never felt rushed and pressured. She’s really a true gem. Please pass my congratulations on a fantastic job. Loved her.

The men and women really looked out for me today! They went above and beyond to get my iPhone 15 pro max back working. The normal functioning test weren’t coming back with all the passing results but they still went beyond that and get my phone back working enough for me to retrieve my data and back my phone up to icloud! You guys made my day!!! Years and years of priceless photos and information saved! I can’t remember everyone’s name but thank you to the staff and management.

Great customer service from Annabel. I actually left T-Mobile to purchase from here because her customer service was initially so great.

Always a good experience. Problems fixed. Staff goes out of its way to give you individual attention and if they are too slammed, they will ask you to come back a half hour or so later. Problems with phones and Mac’s should be taken immediately to this store. Plus it’s in a beautiful uptown location, near Central Park and billionaire’s row.

This is an unlikely location for an Apple store. It's too close to the Fifth Ave store and leave most of the Upper West Side uncovered. But I'm not complaining. We all can use more Apple stores, not fewer.

Impressively large! Glass building is a nice touch. Convenient on broadway and close to t-mobile

This Apple Store still has a bit of charm and is seldom busy. When it is busy, be prepared to queue up in lines along the sides of the store to be helped by store employees.

I love this place...had a great time with Cesar and his trainee shadowing him for the day very helpful and service was top notch best experience in an apple store. I will go here first from now on...xs max worth it to me...usually smaller phone guy..
