SAS Comfort Shoes

Just took an elderly parent to this shoe store at the recommendation of her DR. I can't say enough about the service of Rick and Donneta, the Store manager and someone visiting from their district office. No exaggeration, all 4 literally had a shoe box or shoes in their hand helping her. Why, mom has a unusual issue with her toes. They were determined not to sell my mom a pair of shoes, they were determined to find her shoes that would work for her. Leaving this review for anyone like myself, that's never heard of SAS shoes.. I hadn't, but I will be taking my Mom back there, and I may take a peak for myself. These shoes are very soft, give her the deep pocket toe room, and have a great insole and sole. All that's great, but it's more than that. The 3 employees from the store were outstanding, and the lady from the district office was also super! Very knowledgeable. Thank you. True customer service at its best. If you ask me, it's a thing of the past, but not when you walk in there! I told the manager I'd be back to see her! And I will! Thx for taking such good care of my Mother!

SAS shoes are the most comfortable possible and the staff at the Montgomery store are very knowledgable and friendly.

It's a wonderful place for a wonderful pair of shoes, that feel great and actually fit your feet. Please give them a chance to help you, I'm sure you'll be happy with them.

All customers are measured for a proper fit to ensure the correct sizes and styles are selected for each individual. Incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable staff. The shoes are pricey, but if you have foot issues or just want well made shoes, this is the place!

Excellent customer service! I was the only one in the store at first, but soon after 4 more people walked in. The lady helping me did not make me feel rushed and continued helping me pick out the perfect shoes. I really appreciated that!

I love the service and the shoes! With my narrow flat feet it's hard to find a good pair of shoes that fit. SAS is the only store in town that takes care of my needs including proper narrow arch supports. I highly recommend this shoe store for everyone.

The clerks were very patient, helpful and knowledgeable when fitting an elderly customer for shoes this week. They gave outstanding service which was very much appreciated.

So I have bad feet...really bad. I went into this little gem of a shop thinking I would not be able to find anything. Boy was I wrong ! The staff is awesome and most of all genuine! I left with 2 pairs of shoes. Usually I end of returning them but not this time they actually worked! I wore a pair the next day and for the FIRST time in years my feet did not hurt! And ladies the sandals are cute too!!!

The Manager Jeremiah has exceptional customer service, If I could give him a raise myself, I would!!!!!!!! My Mommie has to have "Free Time" shoe's, I thought it was "Liberty". He made sure she had the right shoe's and measured her correctly!!!! With all smiles!!!! Not to mention it was around Christmas time when all retailers are extremely busy😂😂😂😂

I have bought lot of shoes and I have about 10 brand new pairs sitting unused as they hurt my feet so bad wearing just for a day I could not dare to wear them again. SAS shoe was the best pair I got for comfort, quality and reasonable design. I have walking and a dress show from SAS and these are the only two I wear. My wife bought a high heel dress sandle and she says it is the most comfortable sandles she has bought. She wore them for 3 days in all day events and her feet did not hurt. She also has a slip on which she wears at home. These are expensive but they are worth it.. It is an investment to avoid pain, surgeries, life long feet issues.
