Clean place. Lots of products, big stock. Everything is organized. Friendly staff. Recommending for everyday grocery shopping.

Love this location. Always nice and fully stocked, at least when I go. No issues.

It's a good store with nice staff. I only have one suggestion. I like the Simple Truth brand Kefir, but every time I try to buy it, I could only find bottles that expired weeks ago. This picture was taken on 5/30 and all the bottles expired on 5/4. I would appreciate it if these could be refreshed.

While my experience with PickUp has been far from good, I do want to share that Rachel at the Montgomery Pick Up is amazing. All Pick Up/Click List employees should follow her lead - great customer service. On Friday, October 29th, she was loading our order and saw that the bananas that had been selected looked bad - so she immediately asked if she could replace them and of course I said yes. A few minutes later, she came back with much better bananas. Kudos to Rachel - thank you so much for caring about the money we spend on products and trying to meet a higher standard of quality. Excellent experience!

Great Kroger location! Good seafood selection and great butcher shop. Produce is fresh. Wine selection is very good. I like it better than some of the larger Kroger locations because it's easier to find what you need quickly.

Was in the store the other day and must say it was very clean and organized , all the employees were friendly and eager to be helpful especially a young man by the name of Isaiah .
Isaiah not only was very eager to help my wife bag the groceries ..he helped her to car with the cart as well . Outstanding job to the management team of this Kroger’s .

Really enjoyed the Click List service today! Saved more money on items I was purchasing using click list coupons on the Kroger app than I would have going into the store. Bagged and put in my car without ever leaving the car. Pretty nice service!

I went to the deli area looking for pre-made sandwiches and was having trouble finding them. I asked the first employee I saw and she pointed me in the right direction. They had enough self-checkout stations what I didn't have to wait. Quick in quick out.

WOW-WEE!!! This Montgomery location use to be lousey, but it is SUPER NICE now!! Completely remodeled, totally you upgraded and reorganized! Not a very big store, but has everything you need plus NICE workers!

It’s a smaller Kroger compared to the one in Harper’s Point or Blue Ash, but I honestly like this one better. It’s consistently far less crowded than the aforementioned locations while still having what I am looking for. Their parking lot is a lot less frustrating too.

Larry took a group of interns for General Office and Kroger Technology on a store tour. All of the associates we spoke with were professional and knowledgeable. The store was clean and looked sharp - it's recently had a facelift. Finally, the store went above and beyond and provided the group with food and drink afterwards, including several delicious cakes.

We had a minor misunderstanding while utilizing click-list for the first time and this Kroger was above and beyond gracious!! The staff was so sweet and the overall experience was one that left us feeling so good!

Kroger is a grocery store but seems to sell much more than food items. They really cater to their customers. Many speciality items, from countries, like Mexico. They do what they can to help with a speedy check out.
