The UPS Store

Dealing with UPS is like dealing with any other company - any other enormously huge, unresponsive, uncaring company I mean. More than any other company I have ever dealt with, UPS truly does not care what you think or what your problems or issues with it might be. Absolutely could not care less.

That's where the UPS Store on 9891 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati (or Montgomery, depending on your municipal nomenclature) comes in. Mike Harris, the manager, DOES care about you, DOES care about what you think, and DOES care that you are shipping and getting your packages in the most stress-free manner possible. The store will, and has - for me! - acted as an intermediary when delivery problems arise, and has helped resolve them when the impenetrable UPS Internet interface yielded absolutely zero - and I mean zero - information about where my package was (incorrectly) sent.

It's all about people, and Mike and his people are great to deal with. Top rating. Thank you Mike and team!

Mike is awesome!! I use this location weekly for Amazon and other assorted returns and it could not be any easier. I have used for shipping as well and I am always in and out. UPS is NOT the postal service - the shipping materials are not free and it’s not the cheapest shipping option - but your package will arrive on time, undamaged, and the tracking numbers actually work.

The UPS store owner is so helpful.
He helped me with an issue I had at another UPS Store (Blue Ash--do not go there!) Drive the extra mile for friendly service at this location!!! He was so nice to all the customers that came in to his store!

I was in a bind and majorly pressed for time, and I had been running around like a chicken with its head removed in my search for a notary public at 7 pm. I am sending my child across the country with her grandmother, and I required a notarized power of attorney to ensure that my child’s grandmother would be able to consent to medical care if the need should arise. So, enter Mike at UPS in Montgomery Square (not the Kenwood location, the Montgomery location): after a frantic phone call from me, he kept the store open for me twelve minutes after closing time so that I could get the document notarized. This kind of customer service is what sets the amazing stores apart from the adequate. He was a major life-saver, and now my child can get on her flight tomorrow and I will have peace of mind. Mike, you are the man!!

I’ve been using this UPS Store location for years. Mike is a ray of sunshine every time I come in— and every other customer I know seems to agree! I would go out of my way to come here, even if another location were more convenient.

Mike, the manager is a very pleasant guy to work with. Always willing to offer his help like a manager should. I come back to this store always and will continue giving Mike and crew my business.

Even though for me it’s not the closest UPS (I could go to the one in Blue Ash, but certainly won’t!!!) it’s definitely the one with excellent customer service. Mike is always friendly and helpful. His place is worth the trip!
