I love this place already! I was having terrible neck and shoulder pain last December and my doctor recommended getting a massage. This was the 2nd one I have had in my life and I loved it! Tiffanie is the best! She worked magic I swear! She gave the best massage and found the root problem. She is extremely knowledgeable and this women has accomplished alot! I will for sure be back for more services!

My massage with Tiffanie was amazing. Every muscle felt relaxed. The facial was great as well. I will definitely be returning.

First off I love the atmosphere! The walls are painted in warm tones and it’s very welcoming and calming. Miss Tiffanie was amazing! I work at a bakery and am on my feet for 8+ hour a day. She found all the spots where my muscles were extremely tight and really worked them over. I just got done and am feeling fantastic. So relaxed and loose! I definitely recommend!!

Fantastic healing massage! I came in with a lot of stress pain in the shoulders and neck. Tiffanie did an amazing job breaking those knots. Very happy with the result. Will be back soon.

Booked the Bronze special (massage, facial) and had a fantastic experience with Tiffanie. She was super attentive, listened to my concerns (tension in my neck, shoulders, upper back from sitting at a computer for too long) and then proceeded to give me a great massage! She worked my knots and checked in routinely to make sure the pressure was okay. Facial was just as great. Overall I would recommend Tiffanie and will definitely be back!

Wonderful first experience here! Tameka was excellent and made me feel comfortable! Went in for a 30min job and ended upgrading to 55min. Definitely will be returning for more services. Tameka kept checking in with the pressure level and really knew what she was doing. She was locating points where it was tight/tense. I made a 2nd appointment before leaving. This was an amazing experience! Definitely recommend it!

Temeka did a great job. I didn't have to guide her on my problem areas around my shoulders. She just runs her hands and just knows. I guess that's the definition of a good message therapist. I will be back!

Tiffanie is amazing at what she does. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction done and it has been a journey. I was initially told by my doctor that I don't need lymphatic massage and my body will heal on its own. Two weeks post surgery my hips began to get hard as a rock and very tender to the touch. This is when I made the decision to try lymphatic massage. Tiffanie came in on her day off due to my desperation. She identified the huge lumps on my hips as fibrosis but assured me that she will break up all the hard tissue and get the lumps completely out. Tiffanie did just that and my body feels amazing. With a few more treatments to go, I'm confident that Tiffanie will have my body back to normal. She is very professional, has a wealth of knowledge and she creates a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. I 100% recommend anyone that has had any type of procedure that recommend or requires lymphatic massages to book with Tiffanie!!!

Swedish massage: Tiffanie was mindful of my massage. She communicated with me to figure out what I needed while also anticipating my needs. I enjoyed the very heavy targeted pressure. She used her whole repertoire (hands, arms, body, heat) to give me the massage I’ve been looking for for the past 4 years. She also used a nice massage medium that felt soothing on my skin and was not at all greasy. I wish I could’ve booked a 2-hour intensive.

In Santa Cruz/Capitola/Monterey, I haven’t had a satisfactory massage in years. Tiffanie communicated with me to apply the right amounts of pressure esp to my trouble zones. She also was aware of what I needed, so she added a few unexpected professional touches I didn’t even think to ask for! I really felt like she cared. I will be back for more.

I booked a deep tissue massage with cupping therapy and my body feels restored! My body no longer feels broken down and chronically achy and I now feel more motivated to get back into my work out routine. My only regret is waiting this long to book an appointment with Tiffanie because her quality of work was incredible and reasonably priced.

I came to Tiffanie for a massage based on a great recommendation from my sister and I was super happy! I booked a 50 minute deep tissue massage and felt amazing afterwards! I prefer deep pressure in a massage and Tiffanie was able to deliver. I will definitely be back!

Tiffanie is amazing. She's been doing my facials and massages for a few years and definitely one of the best. The shops new location in San Leandro is very easy to find and there is lots of street parking. The spa is always very clean and organized. She has done wonders on my skin and helped improve my overall regimen. She's super funny, professional and makes it such an enjoyable experience. I always recommend her to my friends family and coworkers. HOH will be an excellent addition to your self care regimen.
