Pat Conley has been there for my family through thick and thin for many years. I can’t imagine getting this level of service and genuine compassion with another agent! Erie is fine, but Erie with Conley Insurance is exceptional.

I had no problems whatsoever here. I received a better policy than my previous insurance company had for me and I am paying a lot less. We will see what the future holds, but currently I am very happy!

It would be more realistic to leave 0 stars. Erie was fine, but choose any other agent. You will not get responses for days or weeks at a time if you go through this guy. Erie corporate will also not help you go through another agent. They will tell you that you have to drop Erie completely to get a new agent. Worst customer service. This is what I ultimately did and it took days because he doesn’t respond. Still never received my prorate from my insurance cancellation.

That person is absolutely sucks at his job! Unprofessional and unprepared to give quotes to new customers! When I came to his office, he had no customers to take, and then when I asked him for a new quote, he started giving me these unwelcoming facial expressions and told me that someone vomited one of his chair so he doesn’t have another chair for me to sit in! So I just left!

No one ever answers the phone. Always out of the office on vacation.
Does not returns calls when you do leave a message.
Very poor customer interaction. DO NOT use this guy.

VERY Poor customer service... rarely got him on phone. Always went to VM. . For all issues had to work with corporate office.. which was always a good experience!!!

AVOID USING THIS PERSON AND ERIE INSURANCE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do have just cause for this review.
