Myrna was fantastic! I am a totally disabled veteran. I can do very little in manual labor. When Myrna became aware of this she made the process of getting the house ready for sale, she brought in people that were real experts at what they did and took care of the house. Even to the point of doing some manual labor here self. When it came to the paperwork that needed to be signed, she explained what the paperwork was for. She stuck to the job right up to the end and longer. She was the person to coordinate between the parties and made sure all the paperwork was in order. I would not have been able to get the job done myself. Through her hard work and dedication, we were able to get 100k over the asking price. I would definitely go to her again.

Not only did she make it happen, but through her tireless leg work, she was able to get a full remodel/upgrade of our property completed including essential repairs; allowing us to close at 21k over asking before the deadline! She has a ton of reliable resources at her disposal that she utilizes to the fullest.
