Great workers very friendly and fast service

Visited this store( 25705 Chagrin Blvd. Beachwood, Ohio) February 18, 2023 at 3:00 pm. A store I have purchased from since I relocated here to NE. Ohio.
Purchased several Ohio scratcher lottery tickets. 1 batch of 15 $30.00 Monopoly 200x, 1 batch of10, $20.00 Magnificent Millions. Per my usual routine: went home scratched off the bar codes and scanned using the Ohio lottery application. the $30.00 tickets scanned ok. The $20.00 tickets returned a error code. Each $20.00 ticket(10 total) returned a Error msg. "Oops! Something went wrong". The ticket could not be validated. Returned to the store at 8:00 pm. Was told by the on duty clerk(same person I purchased tickets from earlier). The clerk displayed anger and said I would have to return Monday. Turns out there’s little reason to spend money at this store unless a competent employee like Vickie is on duty.

Really bad gas station. Only half the pumps work, inside is disgusting, and the restrooms are out of service, just like the gas pumps. What a joke.
