Heinen's Grocery Store

Always fresh produce and a good sale on poinsettias today. One of my favorite grocery stores to shop at and always good service. If I could ask for anything it would be that they actually have a section for vegan food.

I was a bride on a mission. I had no plans patience or time to go to multiples taste tests just for a dang baked good. After being quoted hundreds and hundreds of dollars seeking the most modest of wedding cakes, I called up Heinan's bakery department. I asked for two full sized sheet cakes, and one small round cake to cut for pictures. I asked for plain white cakes with white buttercream icing; never once mentioning "$$$wedding$$$". I got exactly what I wanted flavor wise and price wise. I did mention I wanted white flowers, thinking I'd just go for an all-white cake but the icing did include green icing leaves. Oh well - it didn't actually look bad. Feeding 120+ guests for ~$175 with a ton of leftovers. My guests were so excited about cake the they even started slicing it up before the groom and I made our cake cutting. Props to the bakery department at Heinans.

Great customer service, excellent produce, as well as prepared foods, meats and seafood. They also have a separate kosher section. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood stoor, with friendly and helpful staff. Also they have a very well maintained produce section.

Heinen's is always a great place. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Not as many brands as huge named stores but good brands. My go to weekly shopping.

Was looking for vital wheat gluten, it took a while to find it because all the great flour options . Potato, rice and others going to try them all in my bread making adventures

Nice selection of dry and frozen kosher foodstuff. Priced fairly.

By far the best fresh produce available in the area. Easily outshines the competition. Friendly staff. They bag your groceries for you and also have a free drive up service where they'll load up your car with the groceries you bought, so there's no pushing a cart through the parking lot.

This is a nice& clean specialty store like Publix in Georgia. They’re a little more expensive but you will find everything you need as a Vegan. Plus the workers were very friendly when I asked for assistance with locating some things the store was super busy, but the lines moving very fast, and I did not see a self check out. I’m a baby boomer, so I like it the old fashion way thank you.

Great for everyday shopping if you need vegetables. They have an entire room dedicated for kosher foods (freezers always full) fresh deserts from the local shops. Extremely caring staff that will follow up on any request and will help you get whatever you need.

Heinens grocery store has always been a place that I felt comfortable going to.
I feel good about their produce, Meats, etc.
It's just an overall good experience.
I know when I go there I'm going to get good quality food so, I don't mind paying the prices for some of the things I shop there for.
It's very orderly and clean.
The employees are very friendly and accommodating.
Their soups are fantastic as well !

Pricey but awesome. Really nice selection of beer, wine, produce — you name it! Vegetarian and vegan option are decent but honestly not as good as Whole Foods

Don't go their; you will never shop anywhere else. Super helpful employees that smile and take the time to talk with you. Love there Produce always fresh. The meat department has the best cuts around. Take a look at the bakery department. A delicious white cake with butter cream frosting is my favorite. 😍 Please make your way around to the Prepared Foods section. You will find yourself not cooking for sure.

Heinen's is the best grocery store in Cleveland. The produce is fresh, the meat is excellent, the beer and wine selection are varied, and there's an extensive prepared foods section. The specialty cheese is wonderful, too. Beyond the food, the pleasant shopping environment and the stellar customer service are what makes this grocery store my choice, over and over again. Yes, you pay a bit more. I feel good knowing that employees at Heinen's are paid a decent wage, which I'm sure makes it easier for them to do a phenomenal job taking care of customers.

Top notch salad bar and prepared foods. Love this place, wish we had them in Pittsburgh.
