Heinen's Grocery Store

What a great store. Parking plenty with easy access doors and drive up pick up. Store is well organized, layout is sensible, and all areas are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful with any concerns you may have or needing to locate an item. Deli, fish, and meats all fresh and stocked. Checkout was easy and pleasant.

This Heinen's has been remodel since I last been in this store, which seems to be awhile ago. The great customer service, produce, dairy, groceries, bakery, sushi, seafood, fresh flowers, meat, and wine are all top quality. A very good plus is that staff ask at times do you need any help or assistance

Great location and selection of items. Just wish they didn’t close at 8pm. When I was there at 7:45pm last night several cars pulled in at the same time so seems like your clients are telling you 8pm is too early. Outside of that good location and never disappoints.

Great, excellent service, and items I want are always in stock. Truly a neighborhood store where they genuinely strive to take good care of their customers!

When visiting my son and his family in Cleveland we always stop at heinen's. Their meats and seafood are top quality I'll do a little on the pricey side. They also have some unique products that we do not have in the Reading Pennsylvania area.

The staff were incredibly friendly, always willing to help and eager to assist with any questions. They were knowledgeable about the products and were able to provide recommendations and advice. They are also happy to help with special requests and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers were satisfied. The selection of products is truly impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The fresh produce section was particularly noteworthy, with an abundance of colorful fruits and vegetables on display. Organic and conventional. The meats and seafood were also of the highest quality, with a variety of cuts and options to choose from. The store also had a wide selection of organic and natural products, catering to customers with specific dietary needs. The bakery section was also noteworthy, with an array of fresh breads, cakes and pastries on display. The prices were also unbeatable. They were fair and reasonable, and the store often had sales and promotions that made it even more affordable to shop there. The store also has a loyalty program, which provides additional discounts and rewards for regular customers. Overall, the visit to Heinen’s was an overwhelmingly positive and enjoyable experience. The friendly staff, impressive selection, and unbeatable prices made it a pleasure to shop there. It's the kind of store that I’m happy to recommend to others and would be happy to visit again.

The staff at this store are some of the kindest people I have come across in recent times. I love the ladies in the deli, they are wonderful and sweet to my family, they make my day. Sandy and Bob in the front are some of the kindest people I’ve met. Everytime I come here I feel like I’m at home and I’m so grateful to know that this kind of not only customer service but humanity, still exists in the world.

Heinen's is my fave place. I go to their Lander and Chagrin Falls and Bainebridge stores.

The prepared fried chicken is our go-to during the week when we don't feel like cooking. I could go on and on but I'll just say I love Heinen's!

The store is clean and tidy. They keep the shelves stocked, and I never have to ask where things are. The service there is great. The lead manager of produce (Dave) was truly helpful. If there were fruits that I didn't know about, he would tell me all about them and how they taste. He sure knew how to multi-task, because while he was telling me about how to pick out good strawberries, other customers and workers would come up to him for questions. Overall, my visit there was great for my Thanksgiving shopping. I will definitely shop there again.

Heinen's has been and continues to be an excellent grocery store which has adapted to the changing tastes of American middle and upper class. Very nice selection from organic to ready-made.

Love this Heinen's. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Large selection of delicious products. Their meat, dairy and produce are top quality. You can shop here and know you have what you need for a delicious meal.

I got a very sweet deal for my Christmas get together. It was a 7lb Prime Rib roast,and the butcher was wonderful,he told me when I called,that it was on sale! Also I was making a cheese&meat tray,Dave in the Deli department waited on me. He was ever so helpful. On Christmas the roast was SPECTACULAR and everything was Scrumptious!!!

My local neighborhood market. It can be pricey on items but they are local. Offer local grown and made items. It's nearby and they offer curbside assistance. I don't do all of my shopping here but it's generally pretty quick to get in and get out when I just need a few items. We've also tried the sushi here. Fresh made daily. Delicious. Also they have beer and wine taste section also great way to try samples for a low price.

If this isn't the best grocer in town, its not far down the list. Outstanding in every way. Besides their product, they have great employees. Friendly and knowledgeable. The customer comes first here. Special shout outs to the meat and deli staffs and the cheese monger is first rate. See a grocery store the way it was meant to be.
