Legacy Estates by Maronda Homes

I really felt the need to put a review for both Isaiah Thompson (realtor) and Josh Sims (Construction Manager). This is the second home we have built with Maronda, and I must say this has been the best experience anyone could ever ask for when building.
Isaiah was provided a weekly text informing us of the next steps and ensuring we had no additional questions. And when we did, I would call, and the answer was always provided, or he did whatever he needed to do to get the answer. Isaiah was really great at helping us pick out what was now our beautiful dream home. Thanks, Isaiah for all your help.
Josh Sims is a GOAT when it came to managing this build. I thought that I was very picky and precise. Josh was so incredible that I really did not have to worry about anything. He has a sharp eye for problems and is quick on the trigger to fixing anything that showed to be a problem. Josh included us throughout the whole build, making us feel like we were actually a part of the construction team. I really loved that!!! Any questions we had and problems we saw, he made sure that they were fixed. The day we closed, I can say it was absolutely perfect! Our New Home was just perfect! Thanks, Maronda for this wonderful experience and allowing Isaiah and Josh make our home building experience the BEST!!

Isaiah Thompson was a wonderful sales rep for our home. He took time to explain each process, details about the home, and all the options available. He answered all questions very timely and helped in any way he could through the whole process. Everyone told me building a house was stressful, but I have to say with the team we had, I felt no stress. Our construction manager Josh was detailed and made sure everything was done according to timeline, most things being completed before projected date. He listened to us and did everything he could to ensure our house was built with quality and looked great!

The home we purchased was everything we wanted in a home. the layout is great and the neighborhood is wonderful. Our Sales professional Danielle was the best in the business as we had considered other builders, but she made our decision very easy and we were not disappointed. The construction on the home is great and the insulation is really well done. We would definitely recommend and already have told our friends and family how professional and cooperative our contacts were throughout the buying process. But with Maronda, we did, and are very satisfied.

James Robinson was an excellent sales rep for maronda homes. My homes is beautiful and he helped my husband and I get through the process..I would highly recommend people look at maronda homes floor plans, they have mostly everything you can ask for in one home.

I have had a working relationship with the Sales Reps for 5 this Sub (Todd Primmer & James Robinson) have been very helpful. The Superintendent for the Sub division(Joe Basham) has also been extremely responsive to my needs.

Beautiful neighborhood. Excellent quality build.
