My grandma has an older iPhone with a cracked screen. I called up there and Joe answered all my questions and explained the process of repairing the screen. My grandma went up there (I couldn’t go with her at the moment) and she called and told me what an amazing experience she had. She said Joe was one of the nicest humans she has ever met, he was confident in his work, it was done in 15 minutes and he made sure everything was perfect before she walked out the door. He also put a screen protector on her phone with no additional charge. Thank you Joe for being so helpful and taking care of my grandma!
