Staff are always very pleasant. My husband enjoys visiting as often as he's able to. Staff make it a point to make our experience personal.

This location is the best location in my opinion. All the ladies are very patient kind and courteous. They have long lines but these women work so hard to get your drink to you in a timely monitor. What I notice the most is their team work. They even have someone outside and take your order at times to speed it up. I’m in a rush in the morning and I’m very impressed how fast they get my coffee. I drive 20 minutes the opposite direction to come here because when I go to Howe ave I wait all that time and they still get my order wrong. At Howe ave I order a 5/4 white lightning they don’t even mix the white mocha so it’s thick with nothing but sweetener. just rush through and guess what they end up making it over and over wasting product and wasting time. People spend 5.45 for a 5/4 they don’t mind paying for as long as it’s made right. I appreciate so much all the employees on graham rd because they make my day every morning. Thank you ❤ always great customer service.

The staff is what makes this place great. I had a lot of work to do, Krystal made me feel right at home! I was able to enjoy coffee and lunch; at the same time, got my work done.

The blonde barista with glasses who helped us in the Drive-Thru today was super friendly and our drinks were made perfectly!

Love this location! Of course their drinks (and snacks) are good, I mean; it's Starbucks after all. What really makes this location special are their batistas. They are always kind and pleasant, I've called the general manager to tell her how awesome her managers and staff are. Really, it is the best Starbucks and it's only 2 minutes from my house! It gets busy but they work quick. It's such a pleasure going here 😀💯💯💯

To they naysayers, get a life. This location rocks!

I have to tell you.. I just ordered inside for happy hour 2/6/20 at 4:19pm and every worker in this location was extremely friendly and incredible nice and helpful. What a great way to wind down a long day! And I also learned about a new drink. Such a great experience.. Thank you!

Probably the finest Starbys in all the land. This is all thanks to the most excellent staffing of baristas. I mean it's built different and everything, seating x lighting x playlist, etc. It's the food service that makes this Starbucks the best, second to none. Especially Karisa. She must have super powers or something. 10/10 strong suggest getting coffee at this location particularly when Karisa is there ong ong also Starbucks has honey did you know

I absolutely love this Starbucks, it is my lifeline as I come here multiple times a day to get my delicious coffee beverage in order to keep myself from spiraling into the dark abyss that it life. The employees are always so kind and welcoming. Thank you for taking care of me :-)

This is your average starbucks. However, they are very quick here, and they thoroughly heat my drinks unlike some other locations I've been to. This location tends to get very busy around breakfast time.

Quick service. I love the Venti Lemonade Iced Tea with green tea and liquid cane sugar. SO GOOD and for whatever reason it made me feel better when I was getting over the flu? Maybe the green tea? Nice staff as well.

Lovely experience! I always come after work, after 8pm. Hey girl named Jackie works there and she’s always so friendly and remembers me. Everyone there is so nice. Definitely recommend coming here in the evening. The evening crew rocks !!

I called this location because we had sent a fellow employee to pick up an order I was sending through the Starbucks app. My app was not working that day and the employee was already there without my being able to place the order. The girl who answered was very kind, she said she would give us the order for free since my problem did sound like it was app related. I was not expecting that. Wonderful employees!

First & foremost, the staff is always friendly. Secondarily, I purchase the same drink at all Starbucks-locations & often have a difficult time getting a consistent price -- this location always makes it easy. And thirdly, I've had three different Starbucks-fans pay for my drinks via the drive-thru window. Simply amazing. I appreciate this location, their staff & their generous clientele. Great work.

Woke up one morning to no electricity- thus no coffee- So, I ran down the road to the Starbucks- A lot of other folks must have had the same idea because the place was crowded. Still, the service was great- quick and efficient!

Really friendly staff and I loved this cute little post it note display they had up inside!

Service was a tiny bit slow but they were swamped with people, so it didn't bother me. The cashier was super friendly and made easy conversation, and the drinks were amazing as well. Overall great experience!
