Very helpful staff. Found what I wanted..Had them install so far great job! Worth the extra money.

They had curbside trick or treat for the kids tonight, it was great my grandson loved it. The kids got a pumpkin and a treat bag. Thank you Lowes so much for doing this for the kids and community.

I'm replacing a tub/shower and using tile for the walls. I was going to price and compare products from Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards. By chance, Lowes was out first stop. The staff in the tile and bath departments were extraordinary. So much so that we bought everything at this store. I typically by from Home Depot. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at any of the DIY stores. The staff was eager to help, provided numerous tips, and spent nearly two hours with us. This store is further away than HD or two other Lowes, but I will travel to this store for project purchases. Such a refreshing experience!!!!

Gary was a tremendous help. The shelf in our freezer wouldn't stay in. We needed rubber caps for the end of each rung and had no clue where to find them. He knew exactly what we needed and where they were. It's knowledgeable people like him that make shopping a positive experience. He truly is an asset to Lowes. Thank him for us.

I wish I could remember the name of the guy at the paint desk who helped me pick out a stain and top coat that matched my woodwork perfectly! Thank you!

Jocelyn, the kitchen designer, at Hudson Dr Lowe's did a fantastic job with my project. I had outdated kitchen cabinet sizes to replace. Jocelyn was very patient and creative to help me find solutions to maximize my small space. This project definitely required out of the box thinking, which seemed to come very naturally to Jocelyn. Jocelyn also has a great eye for style and color. I consulted with her as I put everything together - the cabinets, tile, floor and paint color for the walls. My kitchen turned out beautiful! I highly recommend consulting with Jocelyn on your next remodel project!

There is this lovely older woman with red hair that works in the appliance department. Kim or something like that. I came in one day because I needed to redo my floor and get a new washer and dryer and she explained the process in such a way that I couldn't help but buy what she suggested. Such a smart woman (and pretty too!), she was so helpful and friendly. I spent 3 grand and feel like I won the lottery. 10/10 would highly suggest this location and Kim the cute redhead.

We purchased carpet for our new house. Carpet came in about 2 weeks earlier than expected and install was scheduled quickly. The installer came out and despite the rest of his team calling off work the one installer installed all of our carpet by himself. The installer stated that he didn't want to reschedule because we were promised it would be done today. Incredibly happy with both Lowe's and the carpet installer they sent us. Very good work and very dedicated to his job. Also very good and soft carpet. We had a quote from Empire that was nearly twice as much for a comparable carpet.

We also had a few appliances delivered recently and the delivery men were great and very satisfied with the products!

Always a great selection of indoor and outdoor plants at reasonable prices. I always peruse the discounted plant sections because I generally find a plant or two that I don't have and they are discounted enough that I can "justify" adding to my ever growing collection without feeling that I am spending an "arm and a leg" if they don't survive. Brad in the garden area is always friendly, personable, offers a smile and assistance.

I wanted to share my great experience at Lowes today. Excellent customer service at the Stow Ohio location on Hudson Drive. Tony, Keith, Patty and Brad were a wonderful help to me today! Thank you!

Mulch, Flowers, Service 10/10. Had trouble at Home Depot- I understand being understaffed but 30 bags by myself would have been too hard. Lowe’s had better flowers and better staff. Brad, Kyle, and John are awesome.

Always enjoy this Lowe's store. Close to home, always have what we expect to purchase. Good discount with their card. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a clerk to assist, but not always.

I like the way this Lowe's organized the tools and most commonly needed items in the front of the store. Pro checkout usually moves fast enough, but if someone comes up with a large load it slows to a crawl. Most times they open the adjacent register to get things moving. Wish all home improvement stores did this!

Has always been a great location to shop. GM there took care of us years ago when the freezer they sold us didn’t get cold. Very happy here.

Shout out and kudos to Erika in the appliance department in the Stow Lowe’s! My husband and I stopped in this last weekend to look at dishwashers. We weren’t ready to buy but Erika made sure to take some time with us and answer a few questions we had. She was incredibly helpful and offered great advice and info as to things we would want to be aware of (certain brands are higher than other brands, so be sure to measure twice!). She also took the time to look up two different models we were interested in to see if they were in stock or when they could be ordered. We greatly valued her input and felt we were better informed for having spoken with her. Thanks, Erika!

Bought a Frigidaire dishwasher. The door would come open while it was running called the company. They said there was nothing they could do. We called Lowe’s and they returned it and we bought a better dishwasher.

The workers are always helpful. They aren't pushy, and will leave you alone if you know what you're doing/what you're there for; but will bend over backwards to help you accomplish your project if you need help, whatever it may be.

Their hardware, plumbing, and electrical sections have everything you'd expect, as well as lots of hard to find items.

Great prices on their plants and a good selection, but they don't have any horticulturists on staff so don't expect any super in depth help with your gardening. However their outdoor department is knowledgeable enough for most of your gardening needs.
