Came here today for Mother’s Day, the service is good, food is great and good drinks. Not my first time here and has always been good service and good host. Definitely recommend

Came here for my daughters birthday and had an overall great experience. The food was brought to us quick, our waiter(Rome) consistently came to make sure everything was good and had excellent customer service. I always come here to dine with my family and have a great experience every time after years of coming.

I visited this location with my family, since we entered we were greeted. Our waitress Yeslin went above and beyond for our needs and service. Our food was as described. We spotted the General manager walking around making sure everything was going well. He greeted us and asked how everything was going so far. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back with my Family.

I usually don't do reviews, but I had to for this visit! Now a days you never know what you're gonna get when going out to a restaurant these days. Well my family and I were lucky to have Nay was our waitress! She made sure that we were well taken care of. She was attentive while waiting on 7 other tables at the same time and gave top tier service to everyone. Very impressive! I could tell she was well trained and pretty much a pro at what she does! I will only come back knowing that she is there! Also, her margarita was AMAZING!!!!!

Had dinner Friday and the staff welcomed us and sat us right away. Food came out quickly but we could tell something was off, lots of whispering among staff. Turns out that a power failure had wiped their POS terminals and they had no way to input or get a bill for customers but that did not stop our server from asking about dessert or additional drinks. We left our contact info at the end of our meal and received a call 2 hours later that the POS terminal was back online. We paid and I left a generous tip because of the manner that management handled their dilemma. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH under the circumstances. Will certainly be back.

This place needs more love. The General manager Alex goes above and beyond to take care of the guests and the bartender is nothing short of attentive. It is a great laid back atmosphere just to eat even if you don't want to drink. When they forgot one item in my pick up order, and I had to go back to get it they threw in a slice of cake and coupons for free items next time. Great food and customer service!!

Ate lunch here after shopping at the outlet stores. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was cooked well and tasty. Our waiter and the manager were both very nice and patient taking the time to talk to and listen to my toddler. The manger made sure my toddler was entertained with crayons and a picture to color. At the end of our meal the manager gave my toddler a coupon to eat free at our next visit, which was very much appreciated.

If I could give our experience 10 stars, I would. Our server was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was wonderful. Our food came out quickly and was hot and cooked perfectly.

I was in a party of 10 on Sunday afternoon. Ricardo pulled tables together so we could all visit easier. He was outstanding. Very efficient and professional. Food was great and was served promptly. Many thanks Ricardo. We will be back!

My food was hot and delicious! Alex the general manager is attentive to your needs and requests.

Richard the bartender was very nice and friendly. Fries were seasoned perfectly. The bacon burger was phenomenal. The virgin mojito was delicious.

Had a wonderful lunch here on the 26th. I always judge by how good the potato skins are, they were just the way I like them. I tried the whisky chicken sliders for the first time and they were good. My friend had the chicken burger and liked it.

Service was friendly and attentive without being annoying. Like that music was playing but not so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. Definitely a tgif to go back to again and again

Our waiter, Rome was very personable. He was quick to seat us and quick to take our order. The food was very quick to arrive and was hot and fresh when it arrived. Wait time between ordering and receiving the food was about 10 minutes.

I think they have changed the chef because tonight the food was great! My boyfriend and I we really enjoyed our dinner! A few months ago the food wasn't good at Friday's but today it was delicious! The new menu look good...

The food was exceptionally tasty, and the service was very prompt.

The entrance in front is unfortunately three sets of stairs, which meant I had to use crutches to get in instead of my wheelchair, but once inside everything was wonderful.

Great food , perfect deals , Friday night rich, lobster and steak $24.99 amazing deal , wing night on Monday for $.050 cents each 🤩, perfect cocktails , always new drinks , and happy hour every day, and not to say amazing team workers !!!!

I usually order curbside service for lunch. I have to say, whenever Alex is working, I rarely have to click the “I’m Here” button, he’s already quickly jogging down the steps with my order ready! And my order is always correct when he’s there, I’ve had issues with avocado missing, egg, etc (I order the Cobb salad), but it is consistently correct whenever I come.
I will say, there is a difference when he’s not there, I do have to wait or sometimes call. But overall, the way the store is run, the way curbside is done, the store is definitely doing something right!
Fresh and accurate every single time, this is definitely a FRIDAYS to visit!

We had to try the Margarita shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. Best presentation ever 👌

My husband and I like to sit at the bar and grab drinks and food. Our favorite bartender is Rome!! Always greats us with a smile and makes sure we have our cold beers and our food quick.
