Spinezone is absolutely amazing and worth it. The team here is an absolute rock solid team that will help you understand your pain, your body and how it moves and works. Melissa and Nash are both great ! Lily has so much knowledge on this topic, she’s super understanding and caring to make sure you are getting the help you need. Lily will make you feel heard, and her support through your PT journey is made all the easier with a person like that. Highly recommend them all

With over 2 decades of sports and stupidity related injuries, I have not progressed further in my pursuit of health recovery than I have with my 10 weeks of therapy with Spinezone. Jessie, Melissa, Lily, and Nash were awesome! Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I learned numerous improvements that are continuing to help recover and reduce my chronic pain. Being a non surgical candidate for relief, and Spinezone being a "non surgical approcach" type clinic, I thank you very much for helping to improve my own knowledge of healing and other options available out there. Spinezone in Oceanside saved me. With terrible back pain for the first time in my life I could barely function. I was referred by my Dr and I began PT. ( I started the online program as I could not get an appointment for a week or so) Their program is planned for your needs and diagnosis. It was magic how I began to feel so much better. From the great lady at the front desk to each of the physical therapists they were great!! Jessie did a through evaluation and John and Rainer worked so hard with me. They were always kind, fun and gave great attention to my pain level and if I was improving or not. They made many adjustments to the program to suit it to my needs. Thank you all!!! The online prompts were very helpful and the book they gave me had lots of good information. I am now on the maintenance program for strength training and back to nearly normal. I can not say enough good things about the Spinezone Program. Give them a try if you are having back issues.

SpineZone Physical Therapy at Oceanside has been a life saver. My condition when I arrived was quite severe. From my initial evaluation to the monitoring state has been most successful and informative. Melissa always listened to my concerns, she refocused exercises as needed. The days when other therapists were assigned to my session, they were most helpful and genuinely concerned for my well-being. I have progressed to a point of almost 100% relief from pain. SpineZone Physical Therapy-Oceanside is a God-send. The team taught me so much about my condition, and recommended exercises for my to continue on my own schedule. I can't thank the staff at Oceanside enough, they are life-changing agents for clients who suffer with pain. Much gratitude and praise to the staff who provide high quality therapy and monitoring relationships with their clients.

SpineZone is the second place I tried to heal the pain in my back and hip. I had been dealing with the pain for 2 years and had absolutely no expectations that SpineZone would help after my previous PT experience elsewhere. I am 4 1/2 months out now and feel great. I could not recommend SpineZone and their well defined home and in-person recovery plan higher!

Ocenaside SpineZone is awesome. John, Linzie, Jessie and Brittany do a super job. The facility is clean and spacious. I am on maintainence therapy and becasue of this, my back pain is significantly reduced.

Therapy is thumbs up. But I think maybe 45 min instead of 30 would be better.
My therapist, Sloane , is awesome very knowledgeable in this field and truly cares.
Just don't call the location as you will never get through , I ve been on hold for over an hour,finally left message. But will I get a call back?

Staff was always pleasant and more than willing to answer questions. I went for about 6 months before my back surgery and about 7 months after. Feeling great!

Very clean facility; trainers helpful; great experience.

The staff at this facility were friendly and efficient and seemed very well qualified to address my needs. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and ensured I was comfortable using the machines.

Hi, my name is Abigail. I've been with SpineZone since April and finally "graduated" last month. The service from front desk to the Physical therapists were excellent! They were very kind and overall, made the sessions go by fast. They are very knowledgeable people and knew how to target the pain and improve the spot that needs support. My back pain has drifted away and with the maintenance program, I'm happy to continue my sessions. Thank you John for your support!
