Walmart Supercenter

Walmart the place where you can purchase everything you need and things you didn’t know you needed but now have in your shopping cart! This manger and staff really care about their store. I know this because of the look of the store. This store is clean and well stocked. The associates are ready and willing to assist you.

Always a great shopping experience here. They recently updated their Walmart self checkout software systems and it scans and works way faster. Thanks Walmart!

I haven’t been to this Walmart in a while. I usually go to the one on College in Carlsbad. But I was very impressed with the customer servic & cleanliness of this Walmart.
Cindy was very helpful in the health and beauty isles. I had to access the locked cabinets twice and she came quickly and was super friendly and professional! I enjoyed getting to know her.
I also inadvertently knocked over a side display and Alex the PepsiCo vendor was SUPER nice and cleaned it all up quickly. I was trying to help him and as he was cleaning it up but he kept saying that he would do it and I
didn’t need to help. This was was over and above, especially for someone that doesn’t work at the store but he represented Walmart and his company well!!!
The bathroom were also very clean!

Not my usual store I shop from since I live in Vista, but have been shopping from here more frequently since I’ve been spending more time closer to this one lately. Last Saturday I was there with my daughter and while waiting to check out, she came across an employee whom she recognized from another time she was there shopping with her dad. She told me how nice the man was, and how he had helped them in the photo department and she said how they shared some stories about fishing with this man and he was so nice and pleasant to chat with, and he was soo nice! Fast forward to a week later as I’m there alone, first thing in the morning, in need of ink for my printer at home. I navigated to the aisle with ink, and located the correct size needed, then proceeded to request for assistance, since they were all locked up. I walked over to the photo counter and to my surprise, recognized the same man my daughter had shown me the week before. He was working something as I approached the counter, and I let him know I was in need of assistance. He was so nice and smiled and said, “Of course!” He walked with me to the aisle and I informed him which size I was in need of. He went to grab the cartridge I requested, but then said he was first going to check to see if he had one with a better price to choose from. Lucky for me, there was one available for a better price, and I thanked him as we walked back to the counter. I had one other item to purchase with the ink, and he was happy to get me taken care of so I could be on my way. He even guessed the cost of my other item, and was only off by a couple cents. But that’s not what’s important - he was so nice and pleasant (especially first thing in the morning), and he could’ve easily got me the more expensive ink, rather than offering me one for a better deal, even though it was essentially the same product, just with a different brand name. He saved me at least $10! I saw his name on his name tag was John, and I thanked him for everything and was in my way in no time. It’s people like that who leave lasting, positive, experiences/interactions, that will leave more of an impact on patrons, as well as keep bringing people back. Everything has changed since 2020, and sometimes it feels as if you’re guilty for asking for assistance when needed, due to employees being preoccupied with something else, and more or less showing they’re unavailable to assist a customer. John never made me feel like I should feel guilty for requesting his assistance, nor did I feel like I was an inconvenience to him although he was working on something when I walked up. So thank you John, for your friendliness, help, and knowledge! I will def be back to this location because of you! 🙂

I came in tonight 10 minutes till close in a rush to grab some things for my husband who was getting sent out for work. I ran into Ronald and asked for some help with the sleeping bags/clothes and he was able to direct me to everything I needed before the store closed. I was in such a rush, I felt like I needed to say thank you to him one more time. I hope management sees this and can let him know how much I appreciated his help. As well as give him some credit for being a great worker. Awesome guy!!!!!

I liked it, I'm visiting from out of town, very clean store,was able to find everything I needed.

This Walmart is a really great Walmart. They seem to hire very friendly staff. The vision center is reasonably priced and glasses are done in less than a week. The optometrist is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Pharmacys staff are very busy but very helpful as well with helping people locate over the counter stuff and making notifications as to medication conflicts and help people be able to discuss conflicts with their doctor before they pay for a medication that might interfere with something else they are taking.

The only thing I don’t like is it doesn’t seem very clean especially near the entrance.

Went for a morning walk/shop at Walmart. Got some laundry soap and tuna. I had gotten hooked on small individual Tuna packets Bumblebee Thai Chile. It's not as spicy as people think. It's sweeter than you would realize. Store employees are busy stocking and got a few nice hello 👋🤗.

Great...3 ladies were pleasant and helpful. They seemed pleased to help not bothered.

Yesterday my daughter and I went to Walmart Supercenter Vista, California. My daughter wanted a bike she saw on their site. Manager Carolina was a HUGE help! KIND , FRIENDLY & professional. Also Will and Rob were so nice & friendly. Needed help with bike & questions, getting it into our car. They took a lot of time with us making sure we were happy customers! My daughter was thrilled! THANK YOU CAROLINA, WILL & ROB 👍😊

I live right around the corner so when I need to have photos printed I’ll place my order online and head down when I’m notified that they are ready. Robert in the Photo Center/Electronics is absolutely wonderful! He is so friendly and always has a great attitude! The photos always come out beautifully and are done on time or early! And it’s always nice to see a smiling face! Thanks Robert!

Bob in the electronics department was so helpful and very informative. We really appreciated all his help and knowledge! Especially it being 9:30pm at night and him still being so helpful.

So grateful for the EV charging 🙌

My last visit was for an oil change. Even if they are busy, it won't be more than an hour wait. I shopped while I waited and an oil change for $34! Can't beat it.

In and out quick. They have alot more goods them some other walmart super stores.
