Insomnia Coffee Co - Cannon Beach

The coffee here was worth the stop, and worth the price, but maybe not so much the eye-roll from the staff member taking our order. Except for their attitude though, the Aztec Mocha was exceptional and the place had a nice chilled out vibe we enjoyed after lots of shopping and walking on the beach.
Our fam tried a Caramel latte, an Aztec mocha, a white chocolate Aztec mocha and an Aztec hot chocolate. All recommended!

Pretty busy when I went in around 9:30 am on a Wednesday morning. The coffee was good and the options for breakfast are nice — pastries, oatmeal, etc. the staff are efficient and kind! The only difference is that there are no breakfast sandwiches or protein options from what I saw on the menu.

I wish there was one of these where I live! Everything about this place was perfect... the location (plenty of parking around the corner), the vibe and decor was on point. There were benches to sit outside. The cutest chairs inside with big windows, letting in lots of lights. Plants! 😍 Why don't more places have plants. They had a snack cart with baked goods, granola, and fruit. They had a shelf of souvenirs, shirts, and hoodies.

When I got my latte, I didn't have to add anything. Perfectly yummy and sweetened just right.

I thoroughly enjoyed my raspberry mocha. Cute atmosphere. It was super busy so it took 15 min to get our drinks, but they did warn us of the wait.

Excellent coffee the iced caramel latte was sooo smooth. The cardamom was an excellent blend of spice and cinnamon. The staff was friendly and and informative. Even tho it was it was her first day she still found answers to our questions. If you're in town be sure to stop by and grab a cup!

I love Insomnia coffee ❤ We make a point of stopping here every time we come to Cannon Beach. The coffee is amazing and the people are fantastic. They were so kind to our kiddos and just made their day.

Best coffee spot in Cannon Beach as far as I’m concerned! Comfortable, relaxed but busy place with skilled baristas, good quality coffee and tasty breakfast treats. They’re as short staffed as anyone these days so open hours are limited. But they’re worth the wait and the staff is nice under stress!

A great place for a delicious latte. We visited the beginning of December and we tried the eggnog latte and it was delicious. Andddd I don’t like eggnog. The chai latte was also delicious. I loved how welcoming and cozy the coffee shop is. It makes you want to curl up with a book and read for a few hours. The baristas working were sweet and helped give us some good road tips to get back to Portland safely. If you’re in Cannon beach give this place a try.

Place is fantastic. Loves the coffee loved the atmosphere loved everything about it.

I left my backpack in the store and Terry came in on her day off to get it to me before I went back home. Thank you so much Terry, you are incredible. Customer service is unmatched!

Loved this place! It was clean and open with high ceilings. The baristas were helpful and we got a table easily.

Wonderful atmosphere here right by the beach. Excellent espresso and foam, which is sadly hard to find. Real whipped cream on the kids hot chocolates. So good. Highly recommended from a picky coffee snob

Outside of the fact there the baristas had some serious drama going on in the back, the vibe was awesome. Very welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. The drinks were delicious and they offered alternative milks and sweeteners e.g. they offered to sweeten my iced oat milk match with honey vs. simple syrup. Loved that! They also offered some really reference summer drinks that were coffee or tea based like the sparking lemonade my daughter had. Looking forward to coming back next time we’re in town visiting!

Very well made espresso drinks with super dense foam. House made caramel. The “real caramel latte” was excellent. 12oz. Strictly coffee here, no food except a few baked goods. Nice vibe.

This place is so cute and the ladies here are awesome. They were short staffed on a Sunday, but still were friendly and patient. I didn't have to wait long for my iced coffee They didn't seem frazzled at all and they were busy! They were both awesome!

I got the nonfat Aztec mocha iced with chocolate whipped cream and it was truly the best iced coffee I have had in a long time! Even my husband agreed, it was not too sweet, not too much cinnamony and the chocolate whipped cream is yummy! I also got a berry muffin that I have yet to try, but was very popular.

We will be back the next time we are visiting!

I was talking with the cashier and mentioned it was my birthday. Literally the entire crew made me feel SO special. They were incredibly sweet! You all rock. Thank you for the AMAZING coffee. 😋

A very cute place to enjoy a coffee and a snack. Love their use of recycled materials to build the counter and shelves. The place was very popular so there was a long line and all the seats were taken inside but we were ok with a to go coffee and coffee cake. The spicy mocha was delicious.

So worth the stop for coffee here. They have every kind of milk/dairy substitute and add-ins. And even if you like it black - the coffee is good.

Grabbed some hot coffee on the way out of dodge. This place is located amongst shops and other little, local eateries and such. Excellent coffee. Great counter service. Treats available for purchase as well as souvenirs.
