Favorite find in Cannon Beach.
Staff and environment are warm and friendly. Everyone in there is highly attentive and charming.
Food is legit good. I had the Crab Cake Benedict, and it’s one of those meals I’ll remember for years and wish I could get it closer to home not just at Cannon Beach.
Husband had the veggie omelette and enjoyed it thoroughly, as he didn’t talk from it being set down to being devoured. 🤣
Prices are also much better than most of the other breakfast places serving full breakfast. This is the hidden gem of Cannon Beach.

I cannot believe that we have never tried this restaurant before. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted very warmly from two different people. I was immediately impressed with the log cabin ambiance of the restaurant. As soon as we walked from the front foyer area into the main room, we felt the warmth from the large, middle of the room, fireplace. The fire was roaring and it was so rustic. Our server promptly came over with ice waters for our entire party, offering to take our beverage order. We went with coffees, which was hot and freshly brewed. The breakfast and lunch menus gave us plenty of options, but not to where it was overwhelming. For our meals, my daughter ordered the traditional Eggs Benedict which was huge and delicious! The hollandaise had the best flavor. My son ordered a cheeseburger and it was cooked just the way he wanted. My other daughter and I shared the BLT on sourdough. It was yummy! We all really loved the fries, they seemed to be double fried and seasoned. Our waitress, Laura, was so attentive. Our drinks never were empty and we had everything that we needed. We did not have to deal with parking as we walked from our house. 10/10 I recommend this place!

My husband and I got away from life for a minute and headed to the coast. We wanted breakfast before shopping at the local stores in Cannon Beach, and we stopped at Oros Fireside Restaurant. The food and service was amazing! Definitely a favorite and will be here again! My husband got the Ribeye and eggs and I got the Dungeness Crab Omelet! 🥹 It was so good and service was over the top! I got the Hot White Russian drink and my husband got the Hot Buttered Rum drink. They were our favorite hot mix drinks we ever had. Highly recommended!

I stopped by for Brunch. I had the country skillet consisting of fried steak cubes, and scrambled eggs on top of hashbrowns. It was delicious and would recommend it.

Family owned and operated with love! These people just love on you with their food! Wonderful atmosphere and food options. We eat here at least once most trips to CB. If you’re in the area you owe it to yourself to eat here.

We showed up about 15 minutes after Saturday morning opening. Got a table right away. The place is very clean including the staff. The place did start to fill up once we were seated but if you arrive between 8-10am I’m fairly confident you have little to no wait time.
Service was great and the staff make routine rounds to check on you. Yes the staff not just your server. Food came out within 15-20 minutes of ordering which was perfect. Everything was delicious. This was our first visit so I always go with the country fried steak on a first visit. One of my favorites. This did not disappoint. Gravy was not too thick. Breading was well seasoned and the cube steak was tender enough to cut with a fork. (They do provide a steak knife if you prefer which I do). We ordered bacon on the side and this is a true thick cut bacon and had great flavor. Not super crispy so if you like really crispy you may want to ask for crispy. I also substituted the homemade hash browns for pancakes. Pancakes come with butter and a homemade syrup. The syrup is not thick like you find in the grocery stores. It was more of a liquid almost which actually worked well as the pancakes just absorbed it on the plate and gave a great taste in every bite. The menu has several breakfast selections and there are even morning cocktails hot and cold if you feel so inclined. We are here for 4 days and I plan on stopping in at least one more time before we leave.

This was out favorite breakfast on our entire oregon trip! We showed up right at opening and got a lovely table right next to the fire. Our server the most delightful person! He was genuinely kind and attentive. The food and coffee were amazing. My husband wanted to eat every meal there!

Yes, please! Fireplace, yummy food, and friendly service. What more could you want? We stopped in looking for a warm spot where we could enjoy good food and each others company without feeling rushed while shopping at Cannon Beach. I’m not nearly as particular as my companions, but I want it delicious. Oros did not disappoint. We decided to eat family style so we could try more things: crab cakes Benedict, fish and chips, Reuben sandwich, creamed spinach soup, coleslaw, and the dirty fries ( truffle oil with garlic, jalapeños and bacon). The Benedict was lovely with housemate Hollandaise sauce over PERFECTLY prepared eggs with flaky, flavorful crab cakes. ( they offered crab Benedict for the purists). The hash-browns were fluffy soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. The creamed spinach soup was the soup of the day and we weren’t expecting much to impress but it was creamy and smooth with a floral overtone and an unexpected depth. The fish and chips had dill in the batter for a generous serving of white, flaky fish. We are very critical of fish and chips and though this wasn’t our favorite recipe, it was yummy and every bite was gone. It’s rare to find a place that has fish AND chips both be good. These fries were DELISH. The Reuben was toasted on a rye that was not overpowering with a balanced portion of meat, Kraut etc. The dirty fries were heavy on jalapeño dices if you are heat sensitive, and were crispy and bursting with flavor but not overpowering. We all discussed how rare it is to have so many delicious / successful plates of such a wide variety in one place. The service was friendly, thorough, and attentive. We don’t drink and often when that happens, service goes down. Not here. Our waters were topped off regularly, wait staff checked in but didn’t intrude- rare when not purchasing alcohol. Andy provided superb, friendly service and knew the dishes well and what to suggest based on our questions. There were specialty drinks available for those interested and seemed popular with the other guests. Food prices were comparable to other restaurants and we felt, had good value with the quality of food, service, variety and ambiance. Definitely a place we will be including as a regular eating spot during our stays on the coast.

The breakfast service was exceptionally attentive and the food high-quality and prepared very well. The bacon was especially delicious! The spinach mushroom omelette was as well. Beautiful log cabin architecture and massive, cozy fireplace central to the building.

Stopped in for a breakfast. We had not tried Oros for some reason but we’ll be back. Family comfortable, plenty of room. Warm atmosphere, super service, great food with a lot of variety, great value. The log cabin feel with the fireplace was just the trick on a rainy morning.

Stopped in for breakfast today! All the staff were nice and attentive. Gave us a seat next to the fire since we were a little wet from the rain. We had the crab cake Benedict and biscuits and gravy. Both dishes were delicious and came out quickly.
Would definitely recommend Oros for breakfast

Took a family of five there on a weekend. We had completely different meals and all were extremely happy at the end of the meal. Even my son finished his plate. Great service, friendly staff, and amazing food. As I enjoyed my meal, I could hear other tables also complimenting the staff on different dishes and drinks. Will definitely visit again.

We have gone to this restaurant for years. Not sure if these are new owners but it was fantastic. The service was great! Very friendly staff and waiters. The food was really good and the clam chowder was excellent. I would highly recommend stopping by here when you are in town. May just have to catch breakfast here tomorrow before we leave!! 😊

My wife and I had a burger and the club, oh my! The food was great! We were seated and served by people with a smile that actually made you feel welcome. I sorry to say that you don't find that in many establishments any longer. Keep up the great work!! Your staff is the reason that we will return and the food was outstanding!! Thanks again and see you soon

Fantastic food, excellent service, the fireplace is a great touch. Nice atmosphere. I had the Dungeness Crab cake benedict. Delicious!! Almost had the place to myself on a Thursday October morning just after they opened. Clean restroom.

Wow, THE place to go for breakfast! Best eggs Benedict ever…and the had gluten free toast to substitute for English muffin. Service was quick, congenial and helpful. We sat by the (gas) fire—very nice on a foggy morning!
