Famous Footwear is the best go to store for comfortable, well fitting footwear. This location is at Grossmont Shopping Centre, LA Mesa, CA, right off the fwy I-8. A good day for shoe shopping, i was looking for a new pair of running shoes and there it was! And a good deal - on sale. A salesrep was around the corner and approached me to assist in finding more sizes. Very personable, helpful, professional and it was a great feeling to know that they care about their customers. They have the proper covid safety and sanitation protocol in place with social distancing signs and screen protector at the cashier counter. Good job guys!!

The customer service here is awesome! I've been to this particular location twice (both times with my boyfriend, first to get running shoes for him and the latest time to get running shoes for me), and both times the clerk was friendly and attentive. Both clerks I encountered knew quite a lot about the shoe models we were looking at and gave us excellent comparative opinions to help my boyfriend and I find the shoes we needed. Both times, we left happy and satisfied with our purchases, which is a win for me.

This was my first time ever shopping at Famous Footwear. I was so surprised at the wide selection of brands they carry. Had no problem finding what I needed. The prices were great too. I will be back. Great crew and very friendly and helpful to explain the store layout.

Staff is always happy to help and very pleasant. Today I went in for an exchange without a receipt. Thankfully I have a reward membership (free to have) and they found the receipt on my account. Whole process took less than 10 minutes.

It was really busy long line with one clerk, I hate waiting like most people but what kept my patients was the clerk she didn't miss a beat, so when It was my turn I had to commend her.

I was out shopping and stopped in at Famous Footwear. Did you know that the company called Birkenstock came out with sandals that are made out of this kind of rubber sort of like crocs. For a great price got a cute pair for under 44.00 I will use while I am gardening. Great deal

Love this shoe store - they carry major names brand shoes such as Nike and Converse.

A shootout to the staff that assisted me in removing the soles in the new shoes so I put my orthotic inserts in. They are a little snug, but think they're going to be okay.
