It’s a rarity these days to have a medical or dental practice with pleasant and professional front desk staff. I loved everything about this practice as I became a new patient today. Dr Frames is very pleasant and thorough. A gentle touch leads his ability to explain X-rays, etc clearly and informatively. I appreciated the time he took with me and prioritizing the work I need to have done. Dr Frames’ assistant, James, was also professional and gentle in his manner. I am happy to have found a new dentist I can trust and rely on since my dentist of 20+ years moved away.

Absolutely thrilled with my results after visiting here and becoming a client just over 2 years ago. Tried on a recommendation, unfortunately was not under my insurance provider, but 2 years later still here out of network and would change it! Money well spent!!! Best dentist I have had in 30 years!

Dr. Tracey Nguyen and staff provided exceptional service today. From the front desk, to Dr. Nguyen’s assistant, they made a potentially frightening situation a pleasant experience. They provided excellent service to my son who is seriously afraid of dentists. Dr. Tracey demonstrated tremendous patience, care and compassion to my son. She did not rush service or give up when my son resisted extraction for what felt like hours!

Another dentist would have further traumatized him by rushing along the service, or dismissing us all together because we were taking so much time. My prayer is that the kindness that you demonstrated towards us be returned back to you in so many ways that your head spins! I so appreciate your practice taking us in so quickly and providing such amazing care. I will definitely be referring your practice to ANYONE who asks!

Dr. Frames and his professional staff are wonderful!! From the moment you step into the office, you are greeted with a friendly smile. The office is immaculate, the front desk receptionists are welcoming and very helpful and the hygienists are extremely knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Dr. Frames is the best!!! He is truly a magnificent dentist! His warm and caring approach as well as his vast knowledge and ability to explain procedures and treatment plan options in a clear and down to earth manner make a visit to Landsdowne Dental Care a pleasure. Let me start by saying: I HATE THE DENTIST and I know Hate us a very strong word but I mean it😂. But my experience on 5/23/2023 was the Best I can ever remember having.
It started from me calling literally at about 2:35 asking for a same day appointment. The call was even great. The assistant James took me back and even though I was nervous, scared and most importantly in pain. He was very informative even ease my nervousness a little. He even made me laugh because I was taking a long time to finish paperwork.

Then the Dr. Came in and she was so nice and gentle. Explained everything to me and the next steps. What was being told to me was not good and I was even more nervous but the kindness and professionalism made it so much easier to understand and process.

I apologize because I’m not sure her name but the person who got me in the schedule came in and explained again very kind, even though I couldn’t do everything I needed it was just so nice to have everyone be so nice and professional.

On to the worst part the procedure. Yes it was painful & uncomfortable. But between the Dr. And James. They did an outstanding Job from beginning to end. When I finally opened my eyes I didn’t even realize I could have watched Tv the whole time🤣.

My last words were. I still don’t like the Dentist but I truly think y’all were great and I’m willing to come back🙂.
I am a patient Coordinator for my medical office so I truly understand and believe in customer service, and I’m very appreciative of the level this office provided that. Today I came to work and shared my experience with my co workers who now said they will have to check them out. Again thank you to the staff.

Wonderful!!! This comes from a very anxiety ridden person when it comes to the dentist! I have been trying to find a dentist that truly understands the fear. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. The office is beautiful and inviting. Dr. Frames took his time to explain everything, engaged with compassion and patience. I have never been numbed where I didnt even feel the injections!! My family and I have finally found an amazing dental practice! I couldn’t recommend this practice more!!!

They are the best of the best. Such a difference between this clinic and the dentists I had been going all my life. Wish my family lived closer so they could upgrade.

I have been going to Dr. Tracey since I moved back to Northern Virginia over 15 years ago. She and her entire team have always been so cheerful and welcoming, and it makes it so much more pleasant to go to the dentist than anywhere else I’ve ever been! I’ve been through Invisalign with her, as well as a relatively new adult palate expansion procedure, and I felt 100% confident and comfortable with her the entire time. She explains everything and takes the time to answer all your questions. She’s very passionate about her work and is always on the cutting edge of technology and new procedures etc.. I just think she’s fantastic, and now my son is also going there and loves it! The staff is so patient with him - they take the time to joke around with him to make him feel more at ease, which is a small thing that really goes a long way for a kid (and a mom!). Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a highly skilled, experienced and incredibly friendly dentist in the NOVA area!

My daughter loves seeing Dr. Tracey. She is so pleasant, and extremely helpful in determining needed treatment to help with overall proper growth of a child's mouth. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly.

Best dentist out there. From the friendly office staff down to the doctors. I couldn’t ask for a more relaxing experience during dental work. They are careful and always attentive to your needs. They listen and don’t brush any issue under the rug. Can’t say enough amazing things about this office. Dr. Frames and his assistant Arianna are truly amazing!!

My least favorite experience in life is going to the dentist. Although now that I’ve found this one I don’t mind it. Dr Frames is very attentive to every flinch every move I make. He always asks me if I’m doing ok and explains things fully. When he did my filling I didn’t even feel the needle going in to be numbed. Him and the team there is great. Everyone speaks and they know you as a person. Couldn’t be happier with this practice. I highly recommend this practice.
