CVS

I feel for the folks that work in the pharmacy who are called upon each day to manage a crazy volume of orders; I don’t know how they do it. And they’re always very cordial, and positive, especially Zach (he absolutely rocks), providing that you treat them as humans vs. robots devoid of feelings. Thank the good lord for these fantastic men and women at the Lansdowne CVS pharmacy!

I appreciate the impeccable level of care Cinthia shows me any time I’m seen by her at the MinuteClinic. She is very knowledgeable, actively listens and takes your concerns seriously. Keep up the amazing work, you’re such a light!!

This CVS store is always clean and neat. The staffs are always welcoming and helpful.

I have been going to this CVS at Ruby Drive for last one year and always had a pleasant experience. We recently caught Covid and had to make multiple drive through trips due to quarantine. Zach would usually be in the drive through helping me with multiple medications for me and my kids. Even under pressure he was always calm and genuinely helpful. He deserves recognition for his patience, with a line full of cars running around helping everyone as fast as he can. Thank you for not just performing your job duties but doing it diligently and with great attitude.

This is a 10 out of 10 for Dominic! I visited this CVS for the first time since moving to the area and having to walk to the CVS I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it on time, unfortunately I was a couple of minutes after closing. But thankfully, Dominic was so very kind to assist me with my pick up. I really appreciate his kindness, patience, and excellent customer service, because for me these medications, are the difference between life and death. During these difficult times it’s nice to see someone go above and beyond.

Unfortunately the same can not be said for his two female coworkers who tried to shame him for helping me - shame on them - they could learn a thing or two about customer service and kindness from Dominic! Thank you!

One of the pharmacists seemed a bit aloof and rushed going through my prescriptions when I went in for the first time (which resulted in some meds missing from the order)...but then the other pharmacists (Steve in particular) were great about filling the missing medication I needed and going over it with me to make sure everything was correct. I’m very grateful for his attention and care, which totally made up for the initial experience.

Pharmacist Steve is wonderful. He always follows up, and consistently goes out of his way to contact doctors / other pharmacies on behalf of the patient. He sets the example of what a community pharmacist should be. Thank you Steve.

This CVS is one of the best the pharmacist Thoa is extremely helpful and fast always with a smile even when she has people coming at her from all sides and the phone ringing off the hook.. I can promise you the bad reviews are from customers who want something that’s not possible so trust a Lansdowne local you will be treated great and get your prescriptions as fast as possible!

I saw Cinthia at the minute clinic and I just can not express how awesome she is, she truly cares about her patients.
