This place been my go too for the last 15 years I enjoyed it over the years I love there sales and the people work there very nice great prices when stuff on sale it’s amazing big place you will find everything you need it use to ope 24hrs but after Corona they start closing early I can understand they want to save money it’s hard on everybody now my daughter use to go there with her friends when she wan in high school late at night for a snack it was so my fund for them really like the place and there sales

grocery store itself is exactly what you’d expect, but shoutout to team member Ali! he was so friendly and totally made my day! if management sees this, give that man a raise! <3

Always have good deals, a nice guy employee helped me at self checkout when I couldn't find the code for dandelion greens. Im glad you guys just started selling them before my only options were sprouts and wegmans. Glad I have a closer store to get them!!

Shout out to the sushi guy because he is so kind and always makes an amazing sushi platter. I've been buying from here for 10 years and have always been pleased with the taste, freshness, price, and experience. Also, his smile brings a huge smile to my face and brightens up my day whether I am buying sushi or I just walk by that area to get to the bakery, he makes me feel welcomed, and like an appreciated human being. Thank you! I appreciate you.

My Grocery Store. I skip over a lot of neighborhood grocery stores just to shop here. Great Quality!!!

Went in to get a money order here from the customer service area. what should’ve been a simple process turned into a lengthy one (on my end). Kenneth and Rachel were more than happy to help me with troubles, really showed such professional and kind customer service!! Thanks guys.

Friendly staff, lots of variety. Sushi person makes fresh sushi for you by request. Nice grocery store.

Love the deals when you have them going on. My favorite is the buy two get two free on Dr Pepper 12 pack sodas! Awesome savings and you can't beat it anywhere!!!!!

Great selection of products. Convenient location. Couldn't have asked for better.....well, except for it were within walking distance of my house. :)

I'm a fan of Harris Teeter to begin with, but I had a particularly positive experience here. For a Sunday evening around 8, the produce section was well stocked. There was only one thing I couldn't find, so I asked an associate for help. Instead of just saying, it's in aisle whatever, he walked me right to the item. It was on the top shelf and got the item down for me. (I'm short, so I appreciated the help.)

I like to frequent Harris teeters for their Friday deals. I was really shocked by how good the quality of sushi they offer for $5 on Fridays. Not only are the selections very generous but the quality is the best I’ve seen.

This review is for the deli alone - I didn't even know grocery store delis (outside of Wegmans and Whole Foods) did made-to-order, which I'm sad about missing out on my whole life! I usually make my own sandwiches (including roasting my own meat from scratch) or run to Potbelly or Panera. I was craving a good sandwich and I'm temporarily in Ashburn and unfamiliar with the area. I only have like 15 mins to grab lunch and this was right down the street, so I ventured in expecting cold pre-made sandwiches.

I was taking a look at those options when I noticed a short line leading up to the deli counter and lo and behold, they had a whole menu. The lady running the counter deserves all the kudos in the world and she's the one who made my experience 5 star. She patiently explained all my options to me and was friendly and warm. I wish I caught her name.

They had a sale where you got a GIANT sandwich for $4. I'm talking enough for 2-3 meals, even for those with hearty appetites. You choose your bread, meat, cheese, and toppings. They will even toast it for you. You cannot beat the price at all and the quality of the meat was excellent - freshly sliced roast beef. Generous portions, too. Overall, amazing deal, great food, perfect service.

The produce is always fresh and looks great. Mable and Constance in the pharmacy are very quick and helpful. The entire staff is always friendly here if you ever need help. The store is clean and the prices are good, what more can you ask for?

My husband's Dr. has him on such a restricted diet that we're having a hard time finding things he's allowed to eat. Found practically nothing at three stores near home, so today tried Harris Teeter. This place is great! Came home with lots of options that will really add relief to hubs's boring meals. So grateful.

I like to thank Suzanne and Donna who took care of me checking out. The customer service was excellent professional and friendly.

3/28 update - went in today to shop. Went to buy celery and found sell by dates 2 and 3 weeks past expiration. I moved on and didn't buy any produce. I really didnt look at the date until i noticed that the celery was mushey. Yuk.

Popped in. Got a sandwich to take on my flight. 3.99. And it was loaded. Great deal. And it is always quiet at this Harris Teeter. Not quite the selection of other HTs but still good.

Harris Teeter is a terrific grocery store. We come here from Detroit several times a year to visit our son and granddaughter and wish we had a Harris Teeter and a Wegmans but we don't. We just finished shopping at Harris Teeter for our New Year's Eve dinner and everything we got was nice and fresh, including flowers. As I said, terrific store.

Jake, Chella and the kind folks who run the butcher shop in this Harris Teeter location are the real reason my family and I continue shopping here. Certainly, there is no shortage of grocery stores in the Ashburn area, all with competitive pricings. At the end, however, it is the employees of a given store that make the difference and influence the customers’ choice.
After a negative experiences with Deborah, a manager at this location-- the one rank that one would expect common sense and good customer service, I was tempted to destroy our VIC card and spend our annual grocery budget elsewhere, but the thought of betraying the smiling and kind people that I just named, prevented me from doing so. Customers may not always be right, but they are all that a business has. A business can spend a great deal of money and time to lure in one new customer and make them loyal, and a thoughtless employee can lose that customer in a snap.
