Purchased a device, which was returnable according to the website. When I called customer service, they told me the return was subject to a 60% restocking fee. I went back and looked through the website, and sure enough, the 60% restocking fee was buried in the return process instructions (ie fine print). If you are going to say something is returnable, the very next thing you should say is that you're only going to get 40% of the value in return. I have no idea what's involved with restocking to justify a 60% restocking fee, but it feels borderline predatory.
