Holiday Inn Express Socorro, an IHG Hotel

Clean and comfortable hotel. Our suite is ample and cozy. Well keep and maintained rooms . Cleaning department courteous and accesible .
Breakfast area with more than the basic holiday inn express , just the right cooking point for oatmeal and diverse hot food . One of the few holiday inn express that offer gluten free muffins Dion at front desk helped us in great manner with a computer issue we had at the business center .
We could appreciate how this hotel has great employees, good supplies and client friendly environment.

Clean rooms, great staff, good breakfast. Stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful and the cleaning staff does an awesome job keeping the rooms clean. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Socorro!

4 years ago I spent two weeks here when I was out with a couple first responders courses. I was back last week but unfortunately you were full last week. As a result my team and I had to stay at the Best Western next door.

All of best westerns places to hang out were closed, their breakfast ran out every morning and they were just rude in general. You guys, whether you knew it or not, were kind enough to let us sit out on your patio a few nights last week and play cards.

Thank you for being awesome, if I ever come back to Socorro hopefully I can stay with you guys.

This is probably the best hotel in Socorro, NM. It's really nice and clean. The free continental breakfast is worth waking up early for. They have a wide variety of breakfast to choose from to hold you over for the morning. There is a lot of traffic which makes it fairly quiet at night. The staff here are nice and professional. The furniture is comfortable to lounge in. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend looking into this place before looking at surrounding hotels in the area. 5 stars!

5 stars for a Socorro offering... Nicest place in town, as I've stayed in all of them. It's a HIX, and presents as advertised... not much more can be said. Because it is new and shiny, it's generally priced higher than the others... Head to the Comfort Suites on the frontage road to the north if you need a more reasonably priced business-class hotel that has high standards.

Great overnight stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool and hot tub a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions. Breakfast was good and had many options with staff keeping it stocked and clean. Would stay here again!!

.. Alright, this is a truly interesting place. I went down for two nights day and stayed four nights. To do some writing! It's clean. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The complementary breakfast changes from day-to-day. They have a nice patio to sit and have a couple coffee. I think a been there three years in a row in the month of November. And it's probably one of the best operations in Socorro, but that's my personal opinion.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a very personable front desk attendant. We found our suite to be immaculate as was the rest of the common areas of the hotel. The parking lot was very well lighted and there was easy access to the highway.
Overall our accommodations were most comfortable. Obviously this is a very well managed hotel, as I have come to expect from Holiday Inns as a Spire member averaging over 175 nightly stays per year

The manager was AMAZING with us. She made sure we were comfortable and that everything was to our liking. Thank you for the stay. We will stay there again real soon. It's nice when you have a place you'd like to stay that's as comfortable as our own home. I give a five star. Thank you again. Tina, Nadia and girls.

As always this chain is a pleasure. The room is well kept if showing a bit of age (stain on carpet and chip in tub). The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is satisfying with a nice variety. The pool is clean and well maintained and the water pressure in the shower is fantastic.

Vincent Louis, you may want to start planning your restroom breaks in advance on your road trips, since COVID many places have shut down public use of restrooms, just because a business establishment doesn’t have or offer public restrooms doesn’t give you the right to complain about the establishment. If you’ve stayed in the past, the establishment owes you nothing in the future. Since you want to use the “disabled veteran” card, you should post on Craig’s List or Facebook Market that you will be passing through town and are requesting to use the home of one of your disabled veterans brothers or sisters restroom at his or her house, let us know how that works out for you.

The Holiday Inn Express did a nice job of cleanliness and social distancing. They provide a hot breakfast (breakfast sandwich) as well as cold options. Fresh fruit was also available. The beds were comfortable. Reasonable lighting and outlets. Friendly staff.

Easy professional check in. Immaculate room. Bathroom updated and very nice. Outstanding breakfast with good selections and great hot coffee! Will definitely return when traveling.

Extremely happy, totally renovated. I thought it was brand new when I went to my room. Well thought out. Work space had outlets and USB ports. Great lighting and decor. If there was one thing I would change, it would be to start the breakfast earlier than 6, maybe 5. A lot of us travelers like to be on the road early.

Best Hotel in Socorro, New Mexico. Clean, recently remodeled, big TV's in lobby, nice little snack bar, located between McDonald's and Burger King. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good and the coffee is always hot! Wal-Mart is close and easy to walk to! Nice little Gym! Pool and hot tub seem clean ( I didn't get a chance to use it)

Very impressed! Immaculately clean! Super friendly staff. Free takeout breakfast during Covid. My room even had a chaise lounge chair for my reading pleasure! This is THE place to stay in Socorro.

Best hotel in Socorro! This hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is the only hotel in town that doesn't have exterior room doors. There is a small fitness center, a business center, and indoor pool and hot tub. Every morning there is a breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage/bacon, cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, and cinnamon rolls! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great hotel that I would highly recommend!

Well it will be 5 star when the construction is done. Currently the pool is closed and they are updating the common areas of the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Hopefully they are also updating all the rooms and not just the first floor. It's good to see that they are keeping the property updated.
