Everyone in my family and several of my friends have been here for one thing or another, and I have nothing but praise. Carmen fixed my knee and Melissa is just the best physical therapist EVER. I can honestly say that Positive Outcomes has improved my quality of life.

All the poeple at positive outcomes take the time to actually have a conversation with there clients and have helped me tremendously with my hip. They always make sure you feel welcomed and at home.

I love positive outcomes the workers there and the administrators treat everyone so good and everyone’s so nice there and the therapy clinic is really nice

Excellent care for my knees. Staff is professional and friendly. Melissa, my usual PT, is wonderful.

This is the last place you want to go for home health care. Socorro has several other options, and they are much better. Positive Outcomes has some good caregivers, but the agency itself is not professional. They have no concern for clients or employees, and they don't actually do anything, except collect money. It's been astounding to see how rude they are to clients. Today, I witnessed a client being talked down to & lied to, by an administrative worker from Positive Outcomes. The worker was so aggressive, I almost had to intervene, but the client got away before it became necessary.
