Hell 'n Blazes Brewing Company

Amazing brewery with some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. The beers were phenomenal and the special smoked chicken was superb. If anyone needs a spot to relax and enjoy tremendous beers, they need to stop here!

Having had lunch just a few minutes prior, my wife and I decided to head back to our hotel on the beach side. We were walking down the street and saw Hell N Blazes, and said what the hell, we might as well stop in for a beer before we head back. The ambiance is amazing! The beer was excellent. In fact, we had a second beer. We chatted quite a bit with the bartenders. Then we saw some sandwiches being served, so we decided that we would come back for lunch or dinner tomorrow.

Just ate some of the best chicken wings in the historic downtown Melbourne at Hell 'n Blazes Brewing Co. (seriously, crispy, juicy, and perfectly sauced!). We also shared a flatbread that was a flavor explosion, and I washed it all down with their smooth, malty amber beer – a match made in heaven.

This brewery's got it all: amazing food, top-notch beers, and a cool atmosphere. The historic building adds a unique touch, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back to conquer the rest of their menu (and beer tap list!).

Great addition to downtown melbourne! Cozy and rustic, really enjoyed the atmosphere and decoration here. Nice assortment of different style tables for eating or grabbing a drink. The game room is my fav because it’s FREE! Super friendly staff and great drink menu of beer, cocktails and wine.

We had a surprise engagement party for my son and FDIL in the game room. The food and beer was delicious !
Rachel our server was AWESOME! She was so sweet , always smiling and served with a happy face. She was hopping to take and serve drink orders.
It was a great time by all.

Another stop I looked forward to after last year's trip and of course following on social of new menu items to try. Oh the cider options yum, I had the Strawberry Shortcake which our super friendly waitress Aidian recommend this one. I had the Smokey Tomato Cobb which was yummy and exactly how she described it. Someone at the table asked about her necklace and explained it's meaning. Very cool and I learned something. Keep up the good work and mindset. Thanks for making this trip memorable as we visited downtown Melbourne.

Update.. they were out of many things from ciders to Sweet potato fries. 2/3ds of our party had to change our order.

All that said we will go back I'm sure... their fries are awesome if you ask for crispy!!

I recently hosted my birthday party at Hell 'n Blazes and it was a fantastic experience! First, it is by far the most reasonable space to rent in the Melbourne area. We had the Vault Room reserved for the event and it was so nicely decorated and offered tons of seating options. We had a dedicated server for the event and he was extremely efficient and very friendly. Everyone had great things to say about the food, atmosphere, and service. Communication leading up to the event was also extremely easy and everyone that we interacted with before and during the event was very friendly. I would highly recommend for an event or even just stopping by the main dining room/bar for a great night out.

Been here a handful of times over the last 3 years or so. Always good food and service. Great brewery atmosphere and selection of beers. I prefer IPAs and today's visit did not disappoint. Had the Major Haze and the Corduroy pants IPAs. Both really good. Ringer Burger for lunch was fresh and hot and juicy. Fries hot and fresh as well. Burgers are a little on the pricy side in my opinion. $18 to $20 and comes with fries. Still they continue to be one of my favorite places when I'm in Melbourne.

My partner and I shared 2 flights, so we got to sample 8 different beers, and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. In general their beers have great flavors, and a nice evolution. Service was friendly. The atmosphere is very clean, comfortable and homey.

Without hesitation, the best brew pub I’ve ever stepped foot in.

The beer list is nicely varied, the menu has something for everyone, and the food was an absolute 10/10.

So happy I found this place. The Georgia Peach beer was so refreshing & tasty. A couple others beers we tried did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the poutine fries topped with brisket were amazing. I’m not a big brisket gal but this literally made my jaw drop when I had the first bite. It’s such a fun atmosphere, the game room in the back was so neat. & The employees were awesome!! We will 100% be back :)

AMAZING place to go to!!! We were on vacation and came twice! Wonderful service from the same server both times (THANK YOU NICK!!!!) and real food! PERFECTLY cooked steak! No cut corners with quality! The drinks were delicious! There's nothing bad I could possibly say! We'll be back every year we're here!

We stopped here on the last day of vacation. What a beautiful, amazing place we wished we would have found earlier!!! Amazing atmosphere. Even better service and beers. A must do while here!

Very good brewery, with solid core brews (the Huggins Hef is very good) and always-interesting seasonals, as well as better-than-average bar food. Great wait staff and local color, right in historic DT Melbourne. Highly recommended Space Coast brewery!

Came here with a group of friends for brunch today and I was surprised on the flavor of the food, it was actually delicious compared to a few other places that I have had brunch and a bit reasonable priced.

Our server was fantastic and refill all of our drinks and had our orders in a timely manner and was correct also. Definitely will be back!

I have visited this brewery multiple times over the years, and their current staff really is tremendous (or at least the ones I have interacted with thus far). I've never been to a brewery where a barback is so considerate that they consistently check in on us and make sure we are doing ok, normally that is something only servers/bartenders do. The service and food are fantastic, this will always be one of my go-to spots in Downtown Melbourne.

This place was great, I really enjoyed the beer selection. Todd the brew master really loves his craft and it shows through the flavor of the beers. We did a flight to try out the different flavors. I would love a clarification of what a cream ale is. We only ordered some fruit and the hasbrown casserole. The fruit was ok, it was some sliced grapes and pineapple, it was very fresh but the acidity of the pineapple was to much. Maybe have a wider variety or let people know what the fruit is. The casserole was insanely good and a huge portion for the price. The vibe of the place is really cool I will for sure go back.

Was good,pink power was good too. Really not bad any of them just those 2 tipped the scale in flavor.
I had the brisket sandwich. Wished it had more meat and flavor. Was good just not great. Needed smoke
Or barbeque would help. Onion ring good nothing special. Definitely place you go for the beer with food is second place.
