WoodSpring Suites Quantico

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. We flew in from Chicago area to attend a wedding. The staff was absolutely Wonderful !! Katrina made us feel right at home. We didn't understand that we had to bring our own pots and pans etc. Katrina took care of us like we were family . Katrina , thank you for taking good care of us ! Our room was very nice ! The bed was so comfy , the room was nice and clean. Will stay again when we visit our friends. Keep Smiling Katrina 😄 and everyone!

My family and I landed here at this lovely location for about 28 days. Every area that we embarked on was clean! They did give a disclaimer of housekeeping being not an everyday thing if you are staying long-term; this did not pose a problem to me, because I am a clean freak! My biggest dog jumped on the general manager 😬 and he was so friendly about it! Great vibes

Rooms are great, Jessica (front desk receptionist) has made my extended stay hassle free. Amazing customer service, very kind with a here for you attitude, extremely hospitible, welcoming, and personable. I couldn't say enough about her. The new general manager is very sweet and down to earth while maintaining a safe and clean environment. The maintenance worker is also quick to fix issues and not just quick temporary fixes.

My stay was excellent!!! Jessica was not only professional, but she made me feel right ain't home. Definitely would stay there again!

For what we paid we felt that we got more value, most hotels or motels just give you a place but this location has defiantly perfected their image. The room was extra clean and also pretty spacious! The only downside was the bed wasn’t that great. We will defiantly stay here again if we visit this area again! It was also nice that they are strict on the smoking policies! It’s nice not to have to smell cigarettes in the halls or right as you walk out the front door!

Hotel is very clean and employees are kind and helpful. Front desk is amazing with keeping up with the guest and their needs. The building is very beautiful and new smells soo good as soon as you walk In its welcoming✨ the staff is always smiling and greeting you through out the day you feel like family. Katrina and Miranda are excellent desk receptionist always on time and assure you are satisfied with your stay. The manager Tyree is great at leading his team and running this establishment he is always helping them when they assistance and great at dealing with situations. Randal the maintenance man is cool and funny he keeps the property up and running. Highly recommend for long term stay. Rooms equipped with full kitchenette and bathrooms are nice. Beds very comfortable and building is quiet.

I have visited a woodspring suites in South Carolina and then this one here in Quantico Virginia. This is a newer updated building. I am picky about the hotels that I stay in. I did not get that creepy eerie feeling of someone else's filth in my room nor in anywhere else in the hotel.

I enjoyed the 2 weeks that my family and I stayed there. The rooms are carpet free (which to me is great for anyone with fur babies).! The front desk staff was/is very friendly, and the facility is clean. There was the smell of smoke inside the building on the floor I stayed even though it is a smoke free facility with designated smoking areas outside but the staff was swift to act and rectify the situation. WoodSprings Suites Quantico is located perfectly between 95 north and south. There's food and gas stations near bye. It's a great if you're looking for a temporary place to stay. Housekeeping only comes once every 2 weeks.

Katrina and the staff are great, very knowledgeable of the area. Rooms are impeccable. It’s close to sams club, Costco, Potomac mills mall. What’s not to love about this location.

Always love the stay. It’s quiet, the workers are nice, rooms are clean. Highly recommend. They say you get what you pay for, but for this price you defiantly get more bang for your buck!

I spoke with one of the most wonderful people today about a reservation. Although, the mistake was on my end she made it possible. This fantastic person whose name is Katrina went above and beyond to make sure that we were accommodated. We will continue to use this facility in the future. Kudos to you Katrina!!

This is by far the cleanest and nicest hotel I have ever been to. I stayed here back in December and it was also wonderful then. The manager Tyree goes above and beyond for anything you need while staying here. April, the assistant manager is also fabulous, such a great and caring personality. Eric is also great, he even carried heavy boxes to my room for me. Katrina is another wonderful person, she called up to my room shortly after I checked in to see if all was okay and asked if I needed anything. Each and every staff member here is always so happy. They allow dogs here, but you don’t even know that dogs are here, it is kept so clean. They really enforce the no smoking policy, which is great if you don’t smoke. Also they enforce the quiet time at night (I think it starts at 10:00 pm) and if people are making noise all you have to do is call the front desk and they handle it immediately. It’s like staying at a super clean apartment. They are so accommodating here it is truly unbelievable. They are constantly mopping the floor, etc and when you walk in from the outside it smells so fresh and clean. They do all but walk on water here. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel!

This hotel is absolutely amazing, it smells clean all day long and there's no loud noises or people hanging out all hours of the night! I normally don't write reviews but this one was totally worth it. The rooms are spacey to and clean plus hotel front desk are very nice and helpful.

Awesome place to spend your time While in the area! Awesome clean rooms, helpful staff, and quiet place to relax and sleep! But my favorite thing about the place is - KATRINA! Katrina works at the front desk and always greets guests with a smile! She’s amazing and the highlight of my stay!

What can I say about Woodspring!? Not enough! I have stayed with a few different Woodsprings over the past few years (Haymarket, VA, Fredericksburg, VA, and Stafford, VA) and the Quantico (Stafford, VA) location has hands down been my favorite; from the cleanliness of the facilities, to the exceptional staff, to the respectable guests, this location check off all of the boxes for satisfaction. This is the longest that I have stayed with Woodspring this time around (beginning of November 2021 to end of September 2022) and I honestly have not one complaint. Because of my more recent line of work, I was paying daily. Yes, this can get expensive but for the comfortability of the facility, the "home away from home" amenities, and the amazing management and support staff, it was worth every single red cent.

Speaking of staff. Let me start there first. The management team are some of the best (comprised of Tyree and Katrina). Tyree is easily Manager of the Year in my book. There have been days where it has been a bit of a financial struggle for me but Tyree being the great human being that he is, would go way beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was able to get into my room when the dust settled; he always miraculously found a credit here, found a credit there, a discount here, a discount there; the man made sure I kept my room. As long as I came with something to the table, he would more than meet me half way and he would always do so with a big smile and warm words. Tyree is truly one of the finest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with.

Next up is Katrina. Ever since I first walked into Woodspring Suites Quantico for the first time back in 2020, Katrina has always been an angel. Her warm spirit and bright smile will light up any room. She is so encouraging and we always seem to share a chuckle about something when I see her (mainly on the weekends). Much like Tyree, Katrina knows how to discover a credit and apply it so that I save a few bucks on my rate. She is a beautiful person and always aim to help you out if you were in a tight spot.

Miranda, the front desk associate, is an absolute doll. She is always so helpful and does her job well. She greets you with a warm smile and she knows her way around the front desk. At some point and time in her tenure with WS, Miranda has also stuck her neck out to help me if I was ever in need; she is very much appreciated.

There is also another young lady that I mainly deal with the weekends. I can not think of her name off top but I know that it begins with a K. She too is always helpful and very efficient. When I ask her how she is doing, she simply responds (with a big beautoful smile of course) "I'm Divine!" She is awesome and I enjoy seeing her on the weekends when I come in to make my daily payment.

The support staff does an amazing at keeping the facility so very clean and comfortable. The outside is also very well maintained; grass cut, sidewalk and parking lot clean. A handful of the guests smoke outside, but you won't see any random cigarette butts laying around. And the recepticals are never overflowing with trash; they stay on top of the cosmetics of the facility. The hallways and common spaces are always clean and smell fresh. And when they come by to clean the rooms every other week, they are kind enough to ask what exactly it is that you need done (if you are actually in the room when they come to clean and replenish). You step out of the room for about 15 minutes and when they give you the green light to walk back in, your room has been made over with fresh bed coverings, towels, soap, shampoo, trash can emptied and re-bagged, counters wiped down, floor mopped, etc.; the room is absolutely spotless.

I am moving on but I am going to miss all things Woodspring Suites. I am especially going to miss the management staff; they are some of THE best people you'd ever want to encounter in life. Thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart.

I stayed at this hotel a little more than a few times an hour each stay was 5 star service. Room service came on time every time and did absolutely wonderful with cleaning. I could tell every worker there cared about there customers but there was one person in particular who helped me the most and I believe her name was Kamari. She was patient and had impeccable customer service.

While the staff here are all great and really responsive and friendly and Casual comfortable I got to give a real shout out to Randy and Ricky as being more than just service providers day feel like friends. Randy is always asking if you need anything and Ricky knows pretty much all of us long-term stay people by name. He'll catch you in the hallway or the elevator and say hey there's some Amazon deliveries or mail for you at the front desk don't miss that.

I live in hotels 10 months out of the year for my job. This is definitely the best woodsprings I've ever stayed in and one of my favorite extended stay hotels in my lineup. I've been here for a little over a month now and I've had some opportunities to move to other places and I haven't really wanted to leave.

I don't know who the housekeeper is that cleans my room but I'm definitely going to try to find out and she's getting a big tip. I'm very nice guy as is but still the cleaning job done is noticeably phenomenal.

I use the gym hopefully everyday and it's queen super accessible very usable. The laundry room is awesome it's probably the only Hotel I felt comfortable leaving my clothes in the dryer for a couple of hours because I know they're safe. The machines are new and work really well both in the laundry and the gym.

Last thing I'll say I love about this hotel is the hardwood floors. I so prefer hardwood to carpet and I really wish everybody would follow woodsprings lead on this and revert to hardwood floors everywhere. So much cleaner and allergen free then Dusty old carpets.

Kamari was always super sweet and so kind. She always handled everything I Needed right away. These are the reasons why I always stay at this hotel. I travel for sales events fir ashley furniture and there are many hotels closer but I rather drive 20 minutes to stay here. Thank you everyone for being so kind.
