AT&T Store

Isaiah Benton at the Stafford Virginia office was an exceptional representative that helped us with all of our needs.

He was efficient and stayed there beyond the time of closing to ensure that our new phones were updated and ready to go. He was not pushy and he helped my wife make a decision to get a new phone and I as her husband had tried to do that for some time.

It is because of his customer service and knowledge that we decided to upgrade 2 phones and get an additional phone for our son.

Needed to transfer my work phone service from Verizon to my AT&T account. Aliza was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Nilson was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, my experience was outstanding. I am very pleased. Thank you for a great experience!

At the Stafford Marketplace AT&T, Both employees were very professional and very knowledgeable. The girl that took my order for the iPhone 15 I got my grandson was very, very helpful. She talked me into putting insurance on all my phones rather than just 2 of them and she also had us do something so that My grandson could trade it in earlier. When she ran the transaction, I got a text message that my automatic payment would stop and she fixed that too! When we left, both she and the other employee Said goodbye. All in all, it was an outstanding experience. I appreciate both of your employees. Please thank them for me.

The store had been open only 15 minutes and our store rep Nilson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products we bought. Purchased 2 iPhone 15 Pro and he was well versed in how to set up and any shortcomings we had (like passwords to iCloud) he knew how to resolve on the spot. And as we went through the setup he prefaced what would happen and how we should respond. Nilson is a very attentive store rep and guided us well. Thanks.

This guy Jason was amazing!!! He took the time explaining all promotions and different options for devices. I walked out adding a new line, 2 brand new iPhones and 2 brand new apple watches with absolutely no buyers regret. Smoothest transaction I’ve had in a while. Thank you for the seamless experience. I love AT&T and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and will continue to do so.

Literally spent 15 hours on phone with att support who never solved the issue. Karla was able to figure it out in 30 min and got my account straight and phone working as expected. If it weren't for I would have changed my mind about att. Thanks Karla

This was by far my best experience at a phone store. AT&T has been much better than I could have ever imagined!! Ryan and Jason both were courteous, informative, and helpful! The staff in this store is super amazing. They are overly courteous and helpful. My husband and I were assisted by Ryan and he was awesome - explained everything to us and was so patient with us from start to finish. We are overly impressed with their over the top customer service. We definitely recommend this particular AT&T store (Stafford) to those who are looking for an awesome experience and service along with new phones and gadgets.

Extremely helpful and patient with our group! Family moved back to United States after living in Japan for three years. They were able to get our old accounts up and running and get us signed up with new phones. Very friendly, funny, and answered every ridiculous question thrown their way.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone 12 to an iPhone 14 Pro and I was shocked at how quick and easy it was. I didn’t have to wait long before being helped and once it was my turn, Thomas S. did a wonderful job of helping me. He answered all my questions with ease and helped me make the decision of paying off the rest of my phone so my monthly bill would be much lower. He is also just a very personable and outgoing person that I enjoyed talking to! The store was unfortunately out of stock of the phone I wanted, but Thomas was easily able to order it for me and I am completely okay with waiting a bit longer to receive the phone. I was with Verizon before and consistently would be at the store for 2-3 hours while upgrading, but this experience took maybe 30 minutes. So glad we switched to AT&T and this store specifically is wonderful! Great job!!

Aliza was absolutely amazing! She listed to all of my concerns as well as helped me activate 3 new phones and 2 Apple Watches. Made the switch from T-Mobile to AT&T because of her and management!! PHENOMENAL

I stopped by the Stafford store on a whim and walked away exceptionally glad I did. Jason and his team walked me through various promotions and helped me make an informed decision about upgrading my device. Jason was attentive throughout the upgrade process and provided insight at every step. My experience with Jason and his staff far exceeds any previous experience I’ve had in an AT&T storefront. I cannot recommend this location or the staff enough.

Nilson was amazing! I came in with a new phone that couldn’t/wouldn’t set up properly. He went through every possibility for almost 2 hours and finally figured out what the issue was. He is very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with me, which I greatly appreciated. Definitely the guy you want to help you.

Nilson went above and beyond with his help and customer service. He was the BIGGEST help when I ran into battery issues with my phone and it was unusable at that point but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. He worked so hard with me for hours to get the best solution and explained everything step by step. Awesome attitude and extremely patient. This team is genuinely the best!!! The manager assisted whenever he had a question and walked him through the issue. Hes an excellent problem solver and leader. They made a very stressful and confusing situation become simple and fixable!! :)

Traded my iPhone XR to a 12 then a few months later (today) I traded my 12 for a 13 Pro. Theres a reason why I came back. The guys are cool, Jason Julian and Isaiah. I stop by ever now and then just askin questions, pickin their brain preparing myself for decisions i plan on making. When the 14 comes out I’ll probably be back to trade hah!

First off, I'm glad this store is within close proximity to where I live. Also, Mr. Jason Martinez is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! He along with the staff have always provided top notch services and solutions when problems arise. I'm very thankful and appreciative of the support he and his team provide. Don't let this guy go!!

Jason was great!! He helped me upgrade my phone while getting my new monthly payment lower by utilizing discounts that I qualified for. He was very professional and also informed me on different perks that I had access to within my plan. He made the an entire process a breeze. I’ll definitely go back to see him when it’s time to add additional lines for my family members.
