We have our office right around the corner so anytime I need to make a deposit or a wire it is very convenient! From the moment you step through the doors you are seen and acknowledged which is something I appreciate.

Yes the line sometimes has a few people waiting but I know the tellers are trying their hardest and that's all that matters. Thank you Wells Fargo Palm Beach Lakes for always helping us when we need it!

Ample parking space. Friendly staff. Many times there is a wait bc customers don't know what they need or can get. Tellers are fast if customer asks promptly. There is a choice of in person or drive through and even better it is open on Saturdays.

This is an awesome location! Everytime I go here I get quick service and leave knowing all the answers to my questions. It is my go to branch because it has representatives eager to inform and to assist. Convince is the difference maker these days and they have you covered. They have a drive-thru atm so it makes deposits and withdrawals super easy.

I have a greater appreciation and understanding of the Wells Fargo Bank as a whole. It's been difficult for them in the eyes of media perception but there is a flip side when you experience first hand their challenges dealing with fraudulent activity which is unfair to both banking integrity and the victim. My mother was robbed by the ones closest to her and trusted the most, her immediate family. They stole every penny from her within a two year period and showed no remorse or compassion. They took advantage of her kind heart and generous Christian spirit. It was done by African Americans to an elderly African American Lady who's life didn't matter apparently. Two weeks after emptying her account she died. When I said to her " I am going to call the paramedics she retorted " you better not!" I guess she finally realized their betrayal and could not understand why. The last thing she said concerning the matter was " they didn't leave me one brown penny". They bullied and mistreated me in order to keep me away to do their dirty deed uninterrupted. I am going to create a Bill and get it voted into Law called " Julene's Law". Fraud is an antiquated word and not respected. The word " Domestic Monetary Terrorism" is more appropriate in today's world of flagrant disregard for the banking system and those that trust them with their money. Mandatory sentencing guidelines need to increase and be strictly enforced. It is appalling that not only did they rob her in life they carried on after her death as if it were no big deal. My brother was added to her safe deposit box and the bill was in her name, how? They never reported her death and changed her address account and all they could as if she made the decision. Wells Fargo Bank has an outstanding group of caring staff it's some of the banking clients that could care less. There is.no such idiotic thing as free money. Some one has to pay and my beautiful mother paid with her life. I have not only spoke in writing, I showed up in person confronting the bank President. I warned him of the possible infiltration of fraudulent activity and he blew me off. No matter what perception you may have of me, I am telling you the truth and why did he not pay me attention? Reviews are an important for both consumer and business. It gives a legitimate opinion and credible introspective view. An account was opened behind my back and without permission or knowledge. I never received either checks or bank card supposably issued. I only knew when I was contacted by mail by Wells Fargo. I immediately responded and truthfully disclosed I had no knowledge and was not in possession of any checks or bank card. I met with an official on appointment. When I was trying to warn the Bank President who mocked me. She walked from her desk down the center aisle and she could hear my frustrations. As I was leaving she passed and quietly said " I am sorry to hear that you are still having trouble"!! I am constantly being ridiculed and mocked. I received mail from "Wells Fargo" at approximately 4:00 am in the morning pertaining to the mortgage. I checked the mail daily. Since when does the USPS deliver at O Dark 30? And it was hanging outside the mailbox I guess to catch my attention. Well apparently it was lost for 3 months according to the date proving Snail Mail really exits. I find it odd my mother's son received a bill ( addressed personally to him as the recipient and no where in the address was my mother's name included) . I guess he gets priority over even the owner of the account) to pay the fees for my mother's safety deposit box with added late fees he paid for in July. My views are always discredited and mocked ànd my integrity, morality ridiculed. If a country can empty every ATM in NYC in a day, this should be more believable. Well at least they changed my mother's banking address to 1103 Lincoln after she passed. I guess I wasn't dying fast enough and the verbal onslaught wasn't slowing me down. I don't care what they say I do, I'm doing what I need to do and in honor of my mother's memory.

I just moved to WPB and this is the first branch I visited, to a nice first encounter. Needed assistance with my business account and Katie provided thorough and professional service.

Only come here if it’s the last result. This location takes its sweet precious time every week when I come. I’m always here for 15-30 minutes. Even if there is no wait. They are just slow and take no initiative to serve the customers at a decent pace. I came on a Saturday and I kid you not the teller purposely waited until 12 to do my transaction just so she can tell the car behind me that they closed at 12. Come on now. That’s very unacceptable

I only come to this bank because I live close bu, otherwise I'd choose another wells fargk they constantly take FOREVER to see a person. Multiple people waiting to be seen and rarely asked exactly what we need to be seen for. Wait time runs from 45 minites - and hour and 1/2.

It has been 30 minutes and I am still waiting to be seen in the lobby by a banker. I don’t know if they’re just working slow or short staffed, but this ridiculous.
