I’m not sure if he’s new but there was a guy, he has a ponytail and I wish I caught his name. Very friendly, amazing customer service ! Going to a gas station after a long day of work and receiving awesome service is the best feeling ever. Keep up the work !

what a disaster - learning English may help

Worst 7 eleven ever! Should be zero stars! Sign on door says $3 any 2 pizza slices and 20oz coke or pepsi product. The lady tells me I have to get 4 slices of pizza and 2 sodas for almost $5 total. And then proceeds to tell me I don't understand English. I simply wanted to get the advertised deal. But she said I could not. If I wanted that I'd have to pay full price for each individual item! Not the first time I have had issues there.. they are always trying to add extra money on to the total every time. Their overall rating is a 2.1... shows how terrible they are

Everything wrong with this location. This place makes me feel conflicted. After receiving a free lemon pie or whatever it was, it was good, by one of the ladies, while carrying a bag around the store, I began to be followed when visiting this store. This went on for weeks then stopped. Then, started again.

Perplexing.

The younger employee, Tus-something, has on numerous times given me the wrong change, today being the most recent. I always notify her. Today though she just waved me off. Then, after returning and speaking to her about this after the other associates said that she is who I should explain my concern with she batted and rolled her eyes. I didn't yell or demean her during this critiquing encounter. I tried to not embarrass her and tried to not directly state, "I think you need math tutoring." I felt kind of ashamed for having to tell her this and I don't work there. Her response and expressions were disrespectful and shows she is unable to take criticism. Her math is off. She said I gave her the change after she had already hit pay to complete the purchase. I told her if she had listened she would have heard me say I had change and not moved so fast. Cut a hole in the panel and place a mask over it to hear better. Bordering on the worse 7-Eleven in this area. Then, later today two Big Gulps came up at the wrong price. Yeah, I get the 7Rewards. This has happened before at this same 7-Eleven.

so as I started pumping I noticed there was no seal on the gas pump, after I was done I went in and ask the manager to come open it up to check for a skimmer device. When we got to the pump he refused to open it and put two new seal stickers on it without opening it up a very horrible experience I canceled my card and took preventative measures I would say the best measure is never buy fuel here

The gas station is right up the street and I hate coming here. They always rude. Catch an attitude when you want to play lottery. I don’t recommend no one to come here and they snacks are never fresh

This place is run by crooks. A soon as covid hit they bumped the car wash time down to half for the same price. You have to go inside for a receipt unless you purchase a car wash and require the code. One price displayed on sign and another at the pump... and if you plan on using credit and not debit you will have to go into the store again to wait on the ever so slow & perpetually long line. Go down the street to Marathon. 10000% better.

Sales Associates are very rude and not helpful whatsoever. They charged money from my gift card and did not refund it because they are very incompetent and lack the training to use the POS Systems. I lost 40 dollars because of them and the one employee keep yelling at me like I did something wrong and did not even want to give me a receipt for the transaction. They kept being very rude to me and were very unhelpful. they kept also changing the times when the manager would be there as well like they didn't want me to see them. First it was tomorrow morning and then it was the afternoon and then somehow tomorrow is a holiday and the manager wouldn't be in at all. I have never been treated so poorly before in my life. If this situation isn't taken care of tomorrow I am calling their corporate office and reporting them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). So upset.
