AT&T Store

Andy was amazing he just fixed all my issues in a blink of an eye he was so kind and fast and helpful !!! Give this man a raise !!! lol ! Best service ever !!!

I met the most amazing young man at the store today at the Palm Beach Lakes location in West Palm Beach. His name is Alexander and he was the sales agent who assisted me in the store. The moment I walked in the door he immediately approached me and in no time resolved all my “issues” I was experiencing with a previous carrier. He had me switched from the previous carrier, and signed up for new service with AT&T for my cellphone. I left the store feeling elated and relieved. I highly recommend Switching to AT& T with whom prior to today, I’ve had my internet service for over a year, and now my wireless phone service. If you stop into the Palm Beach lakes store, ask for Alexander. He is very courteous, friendly, approachable, and super knowledgeable of the AT&T product. I highly recommend him and I also recommend him for the position of manager. I feel he is fully qualified. ALEXANDER, YOU ROCK!!!!

Amazing service!!!! The manager Micheal and associate Alexei were the best representatives that I have ever come across at an AT&T. They both were so patient and so kind and so willing to help me with a phone account problem that has been happening for months now. The store was busy and the manager came right away to helped me with everything I needed and he did a great job. I’m very satisfied with my visit to ATT. I was able to get my best friend the phone of her dreams lol and I was able to e get a new tablet and two Apple Watches. iWork picking up my Apple Watches in the next day or two. Awesome day thanks to ATT

I went in for a Samsung watch and Samsung Buds, Alexei was really attentive and made sure to show me how everything worked. He went out of his way to make sure I had deals; I even preferred transferring over with AT&T after our interaction.

Alexander was great, his customer service was excellent ,he got me a credit on my bill and ways to lower my bill…….. he also got me to buy a few things too…. This will be the only AT&T store I deal with from now on👌🏽👏🏽

Awesome as always Mike Miguel I wasn’t sure his name but always ready to answer my questions. When our obligation with Verizon is over, I’m definitely going to see him.

I'm overall very happy with the solution what Mike and Scott were able to offer for me. They both were more than helpful and they really cared. One of my best experiences with AT&T. I am tech challenged and Mike M was very helpful at helping me transition and upgrade my existing phone and service contract and citing my available discounts- He spent time with me and explained all the new features on my new iPhone- I am very satisfied

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU COME TO THIS AT&T!! YOU WELCOME. I had a wonderful experience at this AT&T. The staff was very warm and friendly. I was informed on everything I needed to know about our new service with them, and the process was not lengthy at all. Not to mention the stores aesthetics was very clean and organized so while I was waiting for it all to get done I was comfortable. The entire staff was extremely helpful and patient. I don’t like over the phone business so it’s nice to know there’s a place where I can have a face to face with nice people who are very capable of getting the job done ✅

Love coming to this store! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Nick always takes the time to break down my plan and explain any changes I plan on making to my account. I upgraded my phone to the XS, and I even ended up getting a tablet I wasn’t expecting but love anyways! Recommend this store and the staff. Very welcoming :)

Just had the best AT&T and mobile phone plan advice with Mike. Needed a local phone and understanding the different plans, and Mike was very patient, very informative and went out of his way to get me all set up.

I was a bit stressed as I couldn’t get my wifi to work and I also needed a US phone number.

Gio is a great manager, patient and stuck with me while I was thoroughly making sure everything was transferred to my new phone. Even as other customers were coming in and he had to tend to them for a few minutes I never felt ignored and if I had a question he got on it right away. Amazing multitasker!
