I'm so glad one of my friends recommended this salon to me! Kirsten is like a hair magician, I've never been so happy with how my hair looks and feels. It's healthier than ever and growing like crazy because the products she uses are truly high quality and gentle on your hair. The salon is beautiful with an inviting and relaxing ambiance. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and important. It's also located in a convenient location.

Khaos and Kosmos is a hidden gem in the Tri-Cities! The staff are all incredible, friendly, and talented individuals who go above and beyond with hair and the experience of being pampered - the atmosphere of the salon itself is unlike anything else around! From the decor and music to the little thoughtful details and friendly staff, when you walk in you will feel right at home. I would recommend Khaos and Kosmos to anyone!

Cailey at K&K is beyond amazing! Between the massaging chair while I get my hair washed, scalp massage, the haircut itself as well as the styling afterwards, I come out feeling like a million bucks! Thank you!

Kirsten did an absolutely amazing job with my hair! She sat and talked with me before for a thorough consultation and completely understood what I wanted. She was very attentive and professional, yet personable. The salon itself is beautiful. I will be going back!

Visited for the first time. Saw Carla for some color correction and a cut. She was wonderful. Hands down, the best hair cut I have ever had. I have a lot of long curly. She handled it beautifully. We looked at one picture and discussed my actual styling habits. I have a cut better than the picture and lowest of maintenance.

As for color, I had no idea how to ask for what needed to be done. We decided on a glaze, and it looks amazing.

The salon it self was beautiful and relaxing. It had flattering lighting. It didn’t smell like strong ammonia. It smelled nice. The service from was excellent from the moment I walked in the door.

Got my hair colored here about a month ago and I am still so happy with the results. Staff was incredibly sweet, attentive and helpful throughout the visit. I felt really comfortable and I felt like they didn't rush through it. Also the fact that all products used are organic is a big win for me.

I definitely recommend this place for a spa experience. Caily was amazing! I loved my hair wash and cut. My experience was very peaceful and serene, I’ll definitely be returning!
