Dominique and Adrian were so professional and kind taking care about me and my expectations for those boots that I was looking for. They definitely found what I was searching and were super nice and helpful in the process, such a nice and respectful guys showing professionalism. I just gave them 5 stars because is the max, but they both deserve more than just 5 stars. A pleasure to make business with footwear outfitters and I definitely highly recommend it!!

My job is very physically demanding and on my feet. Came in not knowing exactly what I needed. They took the time to help me find the right boot and arch support. Wasn’t easy either. Very impressed.

Great customer service. The staff help find a comfortable work boots. They also will put on toe guard for free and condition them as well. Footwear Outfitters will clean and condition your boots for the life of your new boots. Great store.

Walked in because a co-worker had mentioned this spot to me. I spent about 1 hour trying to find the right boot for work. The employee that helped me never hesitated, but went above and beyond to help me out. Walked out with the best boots I have owned in many years.

Bought a new pair of Carolina boots 4 months ago, the salesman told me they provide free cleaning, conditioning, and laces for the life of the boots. Stopped by today and 10 minutes later, I walked out with my boots looking as good as new. Friendly service and very helpful.

These guys are top notch! I’m new to Thorogoods and Josh was incredibly thoro(haha) with explaining the long-term value in these boots. I was “in between” sizes and he was accommodating in grabbing both. On top of that, they essentially provide “lifetime” care for the boot. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but these guys! You’ve got a customer for life!

They are friendly and very helpful. They have great customer service. I got a pair of work boots that I wore 3 days and they we're hurting me so they exchanged them for a pair of shoes that are working great for me. There's nothing that's worst than having boots that hurt your feet when your working 12 hours on your feet. I'm so thankful.

I went shopping with my daughter Amber and Josh was amazing. He had so much knowledge in the shoe industry and his customer service was awesome. Will definitely recommend 👌

Second time here. Will always come here. Customer service is excellent and sent boots back and forth until we were all satisfied with the fit.

Great place, boot quality is pretty good, but the 1 year warranty just makes it better. Amazing customer service, the employees here go above and beyond here. I could not find a boot that fit me properly, but they will keep helping you and won't stop until they find the right shoe for you. Price is a little higher than I'd like, but I have no major complaints.

My boyfriend and I went in here looking for a pair of boots for his new job and the man working there was extremely friendly and very helpful. Had a lot of knowledge when it came to the different boot styles and what works best for various jobs around town. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know who needs new boots!

Best footwear! Would totally go there again! They are very friendly and my sister would always go there to get her work shoes. The worker always ask if we are in need of help, if everything is okay, and if we need any shoe size that we are looking for even though if we didn't ask yet. They are quick to ask you questions and that's a very great way to approach buyers/customers. I find that respectful, kind, and caring.

I shopped many different areas in the Tri-cities, looking for my safety rated boots, and Footwear Outfitters was my final destination. These guys are awesome! They went above and beyond to find a pair of boots that fit all my needs. I bought a pair and then took them home to wear them around in the house and ended up not liking them. Footwear Outfitters took them back no questions asked and then proceeded to spend another chunk of time helping me find a different pair.

I went in today and they cleaned and treated my boots at no charge to me - they did it simply because I am a customer. They even replaced my torn shoe laces! I HIGHLY recommend this business. This level of service is hard to find anymore. Thanks guys!

After my displeasure with a pair of Red Wing boots, that were very uncomfortable. I wanted to try Thorogood,& decided to stop in here. Glad I did..2 very helpful & knowledgable young men helped me sort out the good and the bad for comfortable boots. I tried on the Thorogood's, but ultimately bought a pair of Keen Cincinnati 6 inch. Waterproof liners,& although meaty outsole, looks to be quite comfortable on hard concrete, which is what I was after..Prices are decent..I'll be back & will tell all my co workers about Footwear Outfitters..Store is located at 131 Gage,Blvd, Richland. I was looking for a good pair of boots and I had been to every store that offers either hunting boots or work boots. I drove by here and I was amazed at the selection and the service was unbelievable. If you want a good quality pair of boots I can't recommend Footwear Outfitters any higher. Great selection and service.

Awesome place, helped out by Eric and it seems like he could answer any questions you ask him. Worked extensively with one of my co-workers who looks at boots like a woman wedding dresses. Strong recommendation for this place, good selection and great help.

I bought some Doc Martens and forgot how uncomfortable they are to break in. So I called and asked if they would be able to stretch out my shoes for me, to break them in faster. They had me come on down and did it for me and less than 10 minutes they even conditioned my shoes for me as well. They are awesome and I'll make sure to buy my next pair of boots from them from now on.

Wonderful customer service. Steve is very knowledgeable and willing to help out. Great place for a guy having a hard time finding a pair of boots that fit. I wear a 14 4e and he found me a pair and at a great price!

Went there to get my husband's work boots, we had to find a good pair that's not going to fall apart in 4 months. Was able to ask about the products without getting a nasty glare and was really happy with the store...recomend to anyone looking for great steel toe boot options.
