Kohl's

Your Kohl’s is wonderful. Everything looked so neat and clean. Enjoyed seeing all the newly displayed spring items and how inviting it seemed. I had a lot of Kohls cash I needed to use and the register prompted to enter a receipt ID but they weren’t readable….The adorable cashier (who’s name I sadly don’t remember but was so helpful and polite) called Amber to help. Amber was so cute and her and I tried changing reading glasses to decipher….no luck and Cyndee was called.
Now it’s the two of them and after a while my husband and myself…. Definitely an amazing group effort and lots of laughs.
Cyndee managed to get the needed information in the office so my Kohls cash worked.
Her and Amber both jumped in and made what could have been a less happy moment into a fun and interactive one. Kudos to your staff!!!!
And I left with fun purchases and and left with a smile!

Went there with my mom to shop for my grandmother and Danelle was very helpful in looking for items and responding to our questions!

Recently shopped at Kohls.. Store has beautiful displays that beckon the shopper to at least “look.” Very clean store with Friendly associates available to help in most every Department.

Very clean and organized. Associates were very helpful and friendly. As soon as an additional associate was needed at checkout there was one there immediately, without being summoned over an intercom. I found exactly what I was looking for and then some!

Danelle was my cashier. She was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service!

Great store. Very under rated in my opinion! Worth stopping by and checking out clothes and deals. I have better luck shopping in store where I can try things on and make sure it's a good fit. The staff was also very kind and efficient when checking us out! I had a great experience after not having visited the store in about 10 months. My experience was a reminder about why I like stopping by! Cashier, Danelle, was great!

Thank you to Damian and Kiki the 2 cashiers that helped me look up my Kohls card and made sure I got the deals. You both are awesome!!!

Friendly employees and deep sales prices made for a nice trip

Ordered a present for my daughter and mother. I had an problem with part of my order and they happily investigated and resolved the issues. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed visiting another Kohl’s store.

Exceptional service. Ali was amazing. I was waiting in line a short amount of time and she stopped what she was doing to open a register and assist me. She asked if I'd like to use my Kohl's cash and even gave me a discount on my purchase of 25%! Ali finished our transaction and asked that I complete a survey (that's huge in my opinion) with 5-stars, making sure I knew her name. Survey is completed and I felt strongly the experience deserved a 5-star Google review. I was out of the store and in my car before the people I was waiting behind in line! Thank you Ali, you're great!
